Beautiful new building, with very kind and attentive staff. We attended tonight and they were ready to take our order right away. They brought our icecream to the table and did the blizzard-flip which I haven't seen done in ages. A few minutes in, another employee came over and checked in to make sure we were satisfied and ask if we wanted him to get anything else for us. Additionally, several staff spoke to us during the 30 minutes we were there, and we didn't have to open a door when we left as staffers (likely at shift switch) were gathered near the door and they opened them for us.

This had to be some of the best customer service (and kindness, in general) that I have ever received. We live in London, but I think we will have to stop for an icecream during our weekly Clovermead visits come this summer!

My family stopped by Dairy Queen for supper and an icecream today. The price gouging and food quality had to be addressed, I'm afraid. First of all the chicken wrap I ordered was chewy like it was pre-made, the lettuce was all wilty and the wrap was chewy. The fries seemed like they were not cooked long enough as well, harder on the inside. What really missed me off was being charged almost 8 dollars for a mini blizzard! I asked for a mini blizzard with only bananas and pecans in it and was told that it was not a problem. So when I was charged the $5.79 or so for the blizzard, and an additional. 99 cents each for the bananas and the pecans I was dumbfounded. OMG.
