I ordered Sesame Chicken with Steam Rice and Cantonese Chow Mein with Beef with Uber Eats. They had a buy 1 get one free special.
The Sesame Chicken was good. There was a few pieces of batter with no chicken inside but still yummy. Paired very well with the steam rice.
However things took a turn for the worst with the Cantonese Chow Mein with Beef. The vegetables were still kind of hard. The beef smells sort of weird, hard to explain. Either low quality beef or some old ingredients. It has that "is this safe to eat?" kind of taste and smell.
The worst part was the noodles are somehow burn't and dry. Some of the noodles are cooked but all you can smell is the burn't noodle. I don't know how that even happens.
I'd assume the order was rushed because of Uber Eats but im disappointed with how the Cantonese Chow Mein with Beef turned out.
I'm sorry to say but i won't be going to Bento Wok Expess over other alternative resturaunts.

The dim was great and as i recall eating in the restaurants in the south of England. The only downside was the rice it was dry and seemed old. But everything else was great.
So after my experience last time i ordered again. Being 5 minutes away. I ordered another $100 of food and it was subsequently worse this time. Dim sum was cold. And the driver put the paper bag in the snow not very smart. But the General chicken was so chewy even the dog had issues. The noodles in another dish were crunchy... yea like chomping on a pack of ramen. The food tasted like it was old either the nights before or leftovers from lunch... we ordered at 5pm very disappointed will not return. Given the reviews on here i think the owner...
Read moreFirst time I ordered from here, I had to throw out the steamed rice because it was extremely dry. This was not a big deal, and they offered to give us some complementary free items for our next visit to make up for our poor experience.
I come back in the store again, and the cashier is hiding under the front desk for about 10 minutes as I am standing in front of the counter on his phone and waiting for him to acknowledge my presence.
They give me my food, and all seemed well, until my mom tells me that there was a shell inside her food. When she confronts the employees about this issue (which could have cost her her life if she wasn’t careful), they told her that if she doesn’t like the food, she shouldn’t come back here.
