I recently had the pleasure of visiting Twice the Deal Pizza in Barrie, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The aroma of freshly baked pizzas wafted through the air, making my mouth water in anticipation.

The menu selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of pizzas to cater to all tastes. Whether you prefer classic pepperoni, gourmet toppings, or even vegetarian options, they had it all! What impressed me the most was their commitment to using only the freshest ingredients. The toppings were generously piled on, and the cheese was perfectly melted, creating a symphony of flavors in every bite.

This pizza store is located by our school (at the plaza 2 meters away from our school), at some point we had Portuguese food store near our school as well (offered many food items from fries, hot dogs, chicken, rice, salad, etc) however this establishment sued them out of business leaving only sloppily done pizza for us broke teens who can only afford the 5 dollars pizza everyday. This very greasy, almost plastic-like pizza has little to no cheese, and burnt pepperoni at times. A lot of us have experienced health problems; heart burn, diarrhea, floating fecal matter, raised/high blood pressure, vomiting, food poisoning and rapid weight gain due to almost regular consumption of this stores pizzas (our school does not offer any food options, this is our only source of food throughout the day, many of us have now opted towards a packed lunch due to this inedible product). The store itself is even worse than the pizza, people vaping inside the store making it smell absolutely horrific all while the employees do absolutely nothing regarding the stench. The employees even shout “NEXT” as you’re paying. ATROCIOUS food, terrible service, terrible experience, I wouldn’t even feed this pizza to my dog. I understand it’s not this store’s responsibility to regularly feed our school’s students (it’s the schools responsibility to have a sufficient meal plan for students) however the food should at least be somewhat edible to the point where it isn’t a health hazard. Me and the wife ordered this pizza a few weeks ago as we always see their flyer in the mail and thought we would give it a try. They claim if you sign up with email on their website, you'll get 10% off. I did this, but didn't get the coupon. Then I downloaded their app and registered with a different email, but still not 10% coupon. I eventually moved on and orderes at full price. I ordered regular crust and the wife ordered thin crust, but when it was delivered, they made both pizzas with regular crust. Not a big deal but something of note. Also, when going to pay by credit card to the delivery driver, he accepted payment, but then a minute later came knocking on the door and said payment was declined and we had to process payment again. This too wasn't a big deal as we were hungry and just wanted to eat. I took a few bites of the first slice and the texture was very odd. It was very chewy and not crispy at all.
