Last night I placed an order at this location. They have a pizza called an "extravaganzza" tried to substitute a topping for a different one and was told it would be an upcharge even though I was just swapping one item for another. The pizza has black olives and I asked for green. Again another upcharge so I decided to go another route and just order a four topping pizza instead. I asked for it to be delivered and if they accepted debit. I was told yes. When the pizza arrived, after adding a tip it prompts you to accept a $2.00 surcharge for using debit which I was not informed of by the person taking my order. This is nothing short of gouging the customer. The bank doesn't charge the vendor that much for using debit and isn't it just a cost of doing business in this day and age? After all of that the pizza was just ok ( a little skimpy on the toppings they charge so much for and barely any cheese)and certainly not worth what I wound up paying for it. I will NOT be ordering from this Dominos again and if it's standard business practise to nickel and dime their customers as a company policy I will no longer be ordering from Domono's again period! Read moreCalled this evening for our REGULAR Friday night pizza, placed order for DELIVERY like we normally do. I was told pizzas would be about 30 mins. After 65 mins. I called the store to see where our pizzas were? I was told that our pizzas were sitting at store, waiting to be picked up as they NO longer deliver to our area. I was shocked as we have been ordering from this location for years, and nothing was mentioned about this, at the time of my order. The manager MARCUS, did not handle this situation with any kind of a professionalism. I asked what he would do about this mix up. He said either we come and get pizzas, or get a coupon for next visit. Well, Guess what...we WON'T need coupons. Will not be back to that location after this treatment and complete mess. This is not how you treat customers..nor should a manager throw new staff under the bus for not knowing about these delivery changes! YOU are the manager and should make sure they inform regular customers. No accountability. We will for sure give Angus the new location our business! Thanks for the referral. Read moreFor a corporation that has positive net income growth quarter over quarter, you sure put the no efforts in when it comes to customer service! It's took 1hr and 45mins to deliver a pizza from the Mapleview location. After waiting 45 mins I called and they said the driver was lost but they would call me if there needed help with location. Another 15 mins pass and no order delivered or call.... I call the location again and they inform me he will be there any minute... any minute turned into another 20 minutes and no delivery still... I call again and the individual I spoke to apologized while laughing and said the Mapleview location will provide a form of goodwill for the inconvience as it took now 1hour and 45 minutes to delivery a frozen pizza! No goodwill or vouchures were granted, no apology by driver, no follow up call from the location.. Way to be accountable! Thank you for all the inconvenience you have caused, lack of professionalism, as well for making my decision quite easy to never call your and or any dominos locations again. Put your customers first and actually be engaged and I'm sure someone may rate you better the 1 star, if you haven't pushed majority...
