My girlfriend and I got a coupon in the mail that advertised free delivery over $25.00 if you order online. I spent almost an hour trying to order my pizza because I continued getting an error stating "Dough something went wrong". I eventually called pizza pizza and put my order through asking they honour my coupon for free delivery with an online order, because I was forced to call the order in as a result of the error I was getting repeatedly from the website. After spending nearly 10 minutes on the phone with the representative because he couldn't find my address, he told me that he couldn't process my order because they don't deliver to my address. I informed him that there is a pizza pizza within 10 minutes of here (on essa road) and to contact them. He was reluctant to do so and after another half an hour phone call I was still unable to order my pizza. I then drove to the essa road location, explained what happened, ordered my pizza and had them honour the free delivery and drove back home because at this point I had waited so long I refuse to wait another 20 minutes in the store (its been an hour and 45 minutes at this point since I initially tried ordering online). I am now home, it's been two hours, my girlfriend and I are starving and I have no idea how long it's going to take for our dinner to get here. This was the most convoluted, ridiculously drawn out, complicated delivery order I have ever tried to place in my life. I have never been met with more incompetency, and sheer lack of will to provide customer service. I will never go back to pizza pizza...
Read moreOrderd a pizza from this location brought it home the pizza dough was rawww the cheese on top barely melted and the toppings were practically still cold. Call customer service they say go back to the store to get a replacement. As im 98% of the way there they call me back saying you must bring the pizza back. I tell them im practically pulling into the parking lot can they make an exception they say no. I said i will see if i can talk to the store manager. What a mistake the store manager has no regard for customer service. Comes up acting like a di** i try to talk to him he says no pizza no nothing and doesn't even try to talk to me. Then runs off to the back of the store like a goof and pretends to not here me asking him to just make it right. I had kids at home that were starving. And couldnt wait. I ended up having to leave extremely disappointed. Try to call customer service. Guess what they dont actually do anything at all so now i have no credit and no solution. What place does not offer a credit if you make something wrong just make it right . I or my family will never be using this location again nor pizza pizza . Only good thing about your pizza is that it's kind of cheap other than that it's trash. So thanks...
Read moreDidn't order a pizza, but had one delivered to my house, and was left on my front porch. My daughter thought I ordered the pizza, and brought it into the house, opened the box and touched it before I realized what was happening. I closed the box, found the restaurant on the receipt, and immediately called to let them know that they had delivered to the wrong house; I didn't want the person to order to be sitting there waiting for a pizza that wasn't coming. The guy on the phone was informed that my daughter (who has special needs) opened and touched the food. He then said he was going to send his driver to pick up the food, to bring it to the right house. I repeated that my daughter had touched it, and he became very rude and accused us of eating a pizza that didn't belong to us. I told him we hadn't eaten any, but that it was disgusting to send this pizza to the person that ordered. I then called the person that was listed on the receipt to let them know what had happened, and informed them that I marked the boxes with a pen "x" so they would know if they got the ones from my house. The driver then arrived at my house and took the pizza order. So so...
