Buyers beware , We’ve had subway subs from here recently, it’s close and convenient. We get the same thing each time , two cold cut combos and price is approx $21 Today we got the same order and the price was $25.31. My wife received the subs and came out to the car . The kid working didn’t provide any napkins so she went back in . While getting napkins she asked if the prices have gone up and the kids reply was “ l guess so” Then he said , “you left a tip “. She did not intend on leaving a tip.They have their debit machine defaulted to a 15% tip . If you tap without changing the default , you’re paying a tip . She asked to have it reversed and had no intention on paying a tip . He refused . I went in to ask his name ( Kush) . I explained that my wife wanted the value of the tip back as she had no intention of paying and he said he would ask his manager . He indicated that his manager wasn’t answering his phone . When I asked what his managers name was his reply was “ I can’t give you that information “ . I asked again with a little more authority and he told me Vrajesh. This location or perhaps this kid ( Kush) is ripping people off . I have paid by debit at many fast food locations and never had the tip automatically added . This kid is ripping people off .Seems odd that he didn’t provide the receipt. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle . Kush ,You should be ashamed of yourself . Vrajesh, I suggest you make some changes so this never happens again . Word travels fast.
UPDATE: Received a reply from what I assume is a manager . Hiren Patel provided the most generic and weak apology for her employees behavior and she shared our experience with her team bla bla bla …. Hopes to see us again soon . There was no offer to refund the tip amount . We will never set foot in this establishment again and will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this place at all costs !! There are lots of good sub places around . We don’t need Subway if they conduct...
Read moreThe employee. One of them young brown guy and brown girl. They were utterly disrespectful. Let's start of. We ordered simple foot long sub. When it came for adding meat. They pour very little and then told us if you want more we will charge extra. Fine. We said sure add more. By the end we paid extra for meat. Extra for veges and extra for cheese. And when we told them cut the sub way in half and wrap it separately so our kids can have there own sandwich and not make mess. He would then charge for paper (paper that you wrap your subway with)

I highly recommend never ever going there unless your OK to pay extra for every little thing.
But the way they made a scene with us. In front of other customers. Shame on every employee...

And there were some people in line after I got here and he told me I had to wait for everybody for them to make my order. It is unacceptable service here and would like to get information on the manager of this restaurant. It took me 40 WHOLE MINUTES to get my order! I will no longer be going to this location. The employees name was something begining with a T, with a black beard and mustache and he is brown. They do NOT deserve to get ANY money at all. $50 for 3 CLASSIC FOOTLONGS?
