I usually go out of my way and pass other locations to come to this one because you carry a donut others don't. Today I had an extraordinarily terrible visit and it stuck with me enough to leave a review. First of all, the absolute negative energy coming from the girl at the window was completely uncalled for and unprofessional given the service you provide. With that being said, I ordered an ice cap to which it was given to me half full and she refused to add more. I have a picture to include if I can. I also requested something super simple.. a cheddar croissant heated. When she gave it to me it felt cold to which I asked nicely again for it to be heated. She then yelled at me and said she had heated it for 10 seconds.. it wasn't warm to any degree so I asked her again to heat it. She snatched it from me and returned at least two minutes later and I couldn't even touch the bag.. it was squished and you can tell she over heated it by the heat/steam coming from the bag. The quality of the donut was horrible too. There was almost no topping and it was so hard the topping on it was cracking off. Between the quality of food and the terrible service, I'm completely disgusted. There is usually another lady working the drive through and she's great. This young lady wouldn't even give me her name and then shut the window so I drove away not to hold up those behind me. I was late getting back from my break at this point so a Google review it is. Considering this is a coffee shop with donuts in a service industry, you need address the standard in which your company should operate both on quality and customer service. At no point should your employees treat customers that way then get vengeful and purposely ruin the order. I was completely polite and kind which I know your cameras picked up. Do better.
Update: the croissant finally cooled down but it's hard as a rock and completely not edible.. I can't bite or rip a piece off of it. Please leave you customer satisfaction form below I want to...

When I got to the window they were too busy socializing to serve me eventually he opened the window and just gave me the debit machine after I scanned my card. He gave me a medium coffee and said goodbye so I asked about the loading of my card and he was clueless and then gave me the debit machine again so I asked for my receipt for the first transaction and then after I left the window and went down the road I noticed they gave me a 4 cream 2.5 sugar. I looked at the first receipt he gave me and it was for a large 4 c 2.5 s. I confirmed with my bank account and only 30.00 came out so I checked my point card and it was at 0 so obviously it was free coffee. He was totally clueless when I went into the store to get my DD the 3 of them at the drive through saw me in the lineup and just started laughing. I find this disrespectful and they are to busy socializing and not there for the customers. Word of mouth...

It unacceptable to be out of harshbrowns by 11:15 every other time I come. It's unacceptable to be out of beverage base, certain size cups etc as consistently as it happens here. It's unacceptable to mess up orders so often that I have to come in and return the item. Today as one example. Ordered a bacon egg English muffin add tomato. On the drive thru it came up as sausage English muffin add bacon. I mentioned the mistake several time and told them what I wanted. They repeated my order and said they would fix it. Knowing the history of this place I checked before I left the parking lot. Sure enough sausage English muffin add tomato. It's just consistent carelessness and lack of attention so often that makes this place so frustrating to visit. The food is always good which is why I gave them more than 2 stars. But otherwise I would not visit...
