Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Battleford

I had a last visit on 26 June at 7pm at this place I wanted to order one large pizza for my family. I am frequent customer to this place since last three years. my previous experience to this place were amazing I usually buy vegetarian large pizza. Previously I did 5 star Google reviews for this store but due to this recent bad experience with the person who was on front, I removed my old review from here and put my recent customer experience with them.

My last visit was so terrible, the person whom I was dealing doesn't really know how to treat customer, talk with customer, react with customer and how to satisfy them. He wasn't even think that what am I speaking with the person and what will he think about it. I ask him that usually deal with certain person and then his attitude turned 360 degree and said I am the in charge here and you need to talk directly with me and he talked to me with grumpy expression I want to share his name as well his name was Karan. I don't have any personal issues with him but I saw him first time at this store. He was very arrogant and rude person. I never seen this type of person in beautiful country like Canada. I am happy to pay for the fare price but I cant deal with bad attitude, extremely rude and highly arrogant person. I will never visit this store again for my entire life and will share this bad experience with my friend also. Franchise owner/company should invest money on people's training on soft skills about customer services and relationships. Bye bye FOREVER Buster's Pizza...

Just here to let you know that you will not receive your food if you order delivery and it can't be delivered before 10pm. The website wording is misleading and suggests that you can order delivery anytime before 10pm but the store is closed at 10pm and nothing goes out after that, therefore I ordered and PAID at 9:45 and got a call at 10:04 saying sorry that won't work as the order had just come through. The staff at Battlefords location were amazing and took the money to pay me back right out of their own tips, and hand delivered it to my door, as the money I paid was sent straight to the buainess chain. I felt horrible for them, and promised I would write a reciew so that hopefully doesnt keep happening, as they said they can't change the wording on their website either, as that is another larger scale chain duty and this has...

Was looking forward to providing a 5 star rating. Was very disappointed by the burnt pizza. Even more disappointed by the fact that i had to return to the store to pick up another non burnt pizza because they don't have enough drivers upon opening. Donairs are excellent, however pizza is terrible. Barely any cheese/sauce and is an exact copy of pizza hut dough. If you like pizza hut you will love this place. As long as you don't mind no cheese or sauce on your pizza. Was told i would be contacted within 30min to discuss my pizza experience after picking up the second pizza and NO phone call was made. Most likely because the pizza was absolutely garbage and i would never order it again. However the donairs were really good! Credit for that including customer experience on opnening......
