McDonald's — Restaurant in Bay Roberts

I am a voice for my 3 year old daughter, Lauren; who has CP and is confined to a wheelchair. We visit there frequently and each time I am more frustrated then before with accessibility. It all starts when I pull into the parking lot; there is one wheelchair space and that's never available to us. And if it were there is no ramp going up the sidewalk or down the other side; so we have to do wheelies! Then once I make it to the door; no push button door opener, so I struggle to get the door open and get the wheelchair inside. Once inside the first door we have cramped into a foyer where I can't even turn the chair around. So I fight with that door to get us inside. Once inside Lauren as to go to the wheelchair accessible washroom (a joke) where once again fight to get inside. Then its time for our meal....where do we eat it....on the floor. If there is a table to fit a wheelchair in; I couldn't find it. Then it's time to leave and start the obstacle course all over again! Usually good day shift services. Night shift however? Seems to be a good place to shove incompetent employees, as a schedule filled. I've had to complain about waiting 15 minutes or more for a single coffee 2 early mornings in a row. Left my business card with the floor manager so I could with the store manager and let him/her know my concerns, but 3 days later, no call. (Edit:now weeks).

I'm not saying they've lost a customer, I'm simply saying I'll never even consider going there for a coffee, forget about a meal, I less I have an inordinate amount of...

Bad service, Food never fresh!! Only if u go at 11 when they switch menu to breakfest to lunch!

Went their one car for inside, and i was the first in the drive thru, took my order drive to the window to pay; she took 3 vehicle order and went get something in the kitchen then talk with other staff then take a other order before serving me!! I beep the horn to be serve.

she finaly serve me, then they give me nuggets and fry not fresh of course like always, i ask for fresh fry! ahe brought me some however it was the same thing..
