Wing'n It — Restaurant in Bay Roberts

Sorry, today was not a good Wing'N It experience. My mother and I attended for supper. It seemed moderately busy. We were quickly served by a pleasant young lady. My mother ordered French onion soup and asked for extra cheese. After almost a?30 min wait her soup arrived without the extra cheese and it was unusually dark and smoky tasting. I ordered a simple wing dinner and my mother ordered a half order enchilada with fries. We had more than an hour late wait after the soup for our main meal. The meals were incomplete, no chicken and sparse veggies with the enchiladas and dip with no veggies with my wing dinner. We were offered a free dessert at first for our trouble. Than they offered to take the price of the soup off the bill. After speaking to the manager we agreed to them taking the enchiladas off the bill and a complimentary dessert. Keep driving , not worth the torment and aggravation. Waited approximately 40 minutes for a very small serving appetizer which wasn't fresh and hot, was actually cold. Then, waited another 10 minutes or so to be told the meal was on the way. At this point we're frustrated so said we just wanted the bill for our drinks and appy and we were leaving. Our server tried to convince us to wait for a few more minutes but what really finished it off for us was the table besides us who came in 10 minutes after us got their meals. But doesn't end there folks! We head in to pay and our server asks again if we want to wait and take the meals to go; no, we reply just our bill. My husband and I live in Bay Roberts we had the worst experience ever at Wing’n it the place was filthy from a big party , 4 waitresses were sitting at the bar, tables were put back individually but the floor still had napkins and food all over, we had someone come take our drink orders didn’t ask if I wanted bottle or draft got draft I don’t like draft, food came cold asked for hot fries and came back cold again, chicken wings are usually great as well but this time they were partly seasoned and our meals didn’t come at the same time… very disappointing we will mot be going...
