I'm gonna start with a positive. The patio is nice and the 2 waitresses are fantastic. The service was great. Very clean and It has a really cool patio.

We won't ever be back.

We went in for barbecue.

The brisket was about a 6 out of 10. Not bad. You got a good helping for the sandwich and the fries are great. The ribs.... 0 out of ten. They were severely overcooked..... Last week. Those ribs were at least a week old. I eat barbecue all over North America. I will drive 5 hours to try a new barbecue restaurant. These were absolutely the worst ribs I have ever encountered. The price isn't bad but the ribs were not fit for consumption. I literally brought them home and gave them to the dog. My wife ordered a hamburger. It looked like it wasn't cooked enough. However that's not where the real problem was. She ate half of it and we brought it home. It doesn't look like meat. It looks like fake meat. It smells like fake meat. The texture screams fake meat.... Absolute garbage. That is not a beef hamburger. I don't know what the hell it is but it is not an animal product. When we got home we took a look at it and it is definitely not beef.

While we were there somebody else didn't finish their chicken. they were more vocal about it than we were. Apparently it was the worst chicken they'd ever had and they made a point of saying it loud enough for other people to hear.

Another couple sitting beside us went in to have a drink. They ordered Caesar's. They sent them back because there was something wrong with the water. The waitress admitted that there was a problem with the water and apologized.

This place is awful and I would not recommend eating here.

Again the service was fantastic. This is not the fault of the employees. This is absolutely the fault of the owner Supplying absolute garbage quality food and forcing his employees to serve it to the customers.

This is not worth it. If you are in port Burwell you have better...
