On December 19th, 2021 @ 17h09 I passed at your location situated @ 44 boul. St-Charles S in Beaconsfield, QC. I ordered an Extra Large Earl Grey Tea, was asked to drive ahead to 1st window where the employee told me my total was $2.52 so I tapped my interac card and was asked to drive ahead to the next window. Another employee proceeded to ask for $2.52 again, I explained I already payed, to which she replied it didn’t pass. I tapped my card and it passed. I was suspicious so I logged into my bank and saw 2 transactions from Store 4196: 1 for $5.50 and the 2nd for $2.52. I showed the employee at the 2nd window the two charges, she asked are you sure you didn't just get another order, to which I replied did you hand me another bag? Oh I guess you're right. To which I asked to speak to a manager or I would call the police for fraud. This leads me to suspect wrong doing, as it is rare for a recipe to add up to an even number and 2. the cashier asked for $2.52, not $5.50. Plus by Quebec law a receipt is supposed to be provided at the time of transaction, to which I was not provided one until I asked for it, and was only provided a receipt for $2.52, again makes it look like they were trying to hide it and cancel the transaction in the McDonald's I was reimbursed for the 5.50 but only after threat of police. I handed money to him for purchasing McDonald's food after changing the money and he threw the coins and walked quickly away from me. I was so upset because the service was so slow and waiting long a few times. The situation is I'm disabled. Before that during the pandemic period nobody allowed to entered inside the restaurant, only drive in windows with the speaker. The problem is I'm Deaf and not able to speak on the speaker, so I decided to go to the drive in the windows but no choice and ordered the meals. They told me to go back to the speaker. I told them I can't hear the speaker and they told me that they will call the police. I told go ahead but it never happened. Thanks to the two brave girls who came out of their car in line up and paid their own expenses. I felt guilty but they have a warm heart. A few days later I went to another McDonald's in Beaconsfield and surprisingly they opened their open arms and welcomed us in front of the drive in the windows without complaining and they brought the meals quickly and smoothly. They get order right in drive thru and uber eats about 1 in 5 times. cant be that hard guys......if I order nuggets and ask for 2 mustard sauces, put the mustard sauces in the bag. the Mdconalds receipts that are posted on the bag outline each and every item thats to be included.....cant you guys read....unreal! Fast forward a few months now.....received order for nuggets but they did not include the sauces!! who wants nuggest without the sauces. A week later, no joke...they delivered the sauces, but no nuggets. On my kids eyes, this is the truth! Today, wife ordered and we received another families order alltogether. these people could not be ore imcompetent if they tried. Hey owner, why don't you do a test and go home, get on uber eats and arder from your restaurant, do this 10 times. Then go thru your drive thru 10 times.
