I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at A&W deserves recognition because of the amazing service I received from Harman. From the moment I walked in, Harman greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm, welcoming attitude. It instantly made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer, which is something you don’t always get in fast food.
When I placed my order, Harman was attentive, patient, and professional, making sure everything was correct and even double-checking to ensure I was happy with my choices. The food came out quickly, hot, and fresh, and throughout the experience Harman’s positive energy stood out. They clearly care about their job and about giving customers a great experience.
What really impressed me was how Harman balanced efficiency with friendliness. Even though they were busy, they didn’t make me feel rushed. Instead, they took the time to connect with me in a small but meaningful way, which turned an ordinary stop for food into a genuinely enjoyable moment. Employees like Harman are rare — they go above and beyond and make you actually look forward to coming back.
I left A&W not only satisfied with my meal but also impressed by the level of service. Harman truly represents what excellent customer service should be, and I think they deserve recognition for the effort they put in every day. Read moreThis location used to be a staple for my family but have noticed sub par service last few experiences. Food is not as good quality, continuously messing up orders, and tonight !!!!! Was last time I will ever set foot in this place. Me and my son went through drive through after which we went and parked outside to eat our meal. My son’s lemonade didn’t have ice and my herbal tea was extremely hot (dangerously hot) so I sent my son with his lemonade to get ice (so I could steal a few cubes and cool my tea) he came back saying he was told they don’t have ice. Mmhhmm no ice okay. So I waited a bit and went in and asked for some ice as my tea was still undrinkable and lo and behold I received some ICE! So I asked them why they lied to my son and they said they don’t just give out ice, to which I said but he had his lemonade I just paid for at the drive thru and they became so rude to me! I tried to tell them I’d never return but I don’t think they heard me over the two employees yelling at me as I was leaving. Definitely will never give this place my time energy or money again. Read moreWe been to this location almost once a week because it’s near our house and the only location in Beaumont. There’s this small Indian girl older lady, I asked her name she refused to provide it. She needs to learn customer service skills she is absolutely rude to her customers. She is not happy working there and she never says thank you, even the day we dined in we didn’t even say anything to her she raised her voice at us while the manager was standing there.
I spoke with the manager who is a girl all she said is she’s going to teach her customer service skills. But that is not how it works. Just be nice with one another it doesn’t hurt at all, if you are unhappy take a day off for yourself and don’t project your emotions at someone else who is starting there day and that is there first...
