Tasty Pizza and Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Beaumont

Unfortunately my pizza came and looked like it had been either carried sideways or dropped, it was missing toppings ( they were out but didn't bother calling to tell us or make a substitution) the dough was half raw, absolutely not edible. When we called to complain and tell them what happened all that was offered was they could try harder to re make my order, then proceeded to read back my order and it wasn't correct either. They also forgot to deliver with the pop we had ordered and even though we had included the tip option in their online portal, handed my wife the debit machine ready for tip option, this economy can be tough but setting someone up for a double tip and horrible product isn't right........ I have put in several calls for a manager or owner to respond and it has now been 5 days without a response and complete refusal to refund any of my money.

It has now been over 1 year and still not even a phone call or response about how terrible this service was and what an utter lack of care toward their customer base, Stick to Basile's 2 for 1, always great service and always good pizza.

Unfortunate experience of trying a pizza from this place, and I must say, it was the worst pizza I have ever had. The pepperoni slices tasted as though they had been left to languish in the fridge for days before gracing the pizza with their presence. The dough itself had a rancid taste, almost as if it had gone bad before it was even baked. To make matters worse, the cheese on the pizza was not properly melted and had a sour taste to it, further adding to the unpleasantness of the entire meal.

Overall, my experience with pizza box & tea box was incredibly disappointing. The flavors were off, the ingredients seemed to be of poor quality, and it left me with an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered long after the last bite. I would strongly advise against anyone else subjecting themselves to the culinary disappointment that is the pizza...

The shahi paneer pizza was delicious and they followed through on the order instructions for it. It was with the other menu items and the service that there were problems.

We paid 5$ to receive 2 two bite brownies, one of which was hard.

Afterwards, we ordered mozza sticks for a decent price although the marinara sauce was fermented and smelled/tasted bitter like alcohol.

It took a good 5-10 minutes to receive the pizza I ordered for takeout even though it wasn't busy. I came on time and the pizza was just sitting on the opposite side of the counter waiting for me to come pick it up. That being said, it seemed they were working out technical issues in the back so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for the slower service; it would have been appreciated if staff members were to communicate with me in...
