Multiple times over the years and with multiple family members that this specific location continuously gets the order wrong, drinks are cold, or items are missing.
I get it, we all make mistakes but today was enough for me to give a poor review. We were using the drive through and I provided the order (it was a combo offer from the Timās app), when I got to the window to pay, there was no drink with the combo. I informed the worker of the mistake. Instead of making the correction right there and let us be on our way, she refused to make the correction and told us to come inside because of what she it āwould take too long and affect the window timeā. Full disclosure, we were the only vehicle in the drive through. Not only did we have to go inside, when we did, she refused to admit the mistake. There was only one order and it was for my passenger and I was repeating their order.
There are two locations on either sides of town but this location continues to have issues. I avoid this location whenever possible but it was convenient as it was on our way out of town. But again it didnāt fail to disappoint my disappointment. That single staff worker is really what pushed me to write this...

They told me they were all out of potato wedges, and asked if I wanted to substitute it. I said yes they then offered me 2 cookies, the regular one, then Cadbury one. I said I want the regular one, they again told me that they didn't have that in either. I then settled for the $3.00 cookie. Once I returned to the window, I asked for a discount because they didn't have what I wanted. The lead team member there then said, "we will have some wedges for you. You will just need to wait 15 minutes, come inside and we will settle everything." I then went inside with the expectation that I was going to get potato wedges. She instead tricked me into thinking I was getting them. After about 10 mins of waiting she approached me and told me that I'm not getting potato wedges. š This is a joke, they don't understand how customer service works and they need to figure out how to have all their menu options available. When we tried it, we noticed it tasted different than usual and I used to work at Timās so I noticed that the syrup flavour was a different brand than usual. I tried to explain how it tasted different and not as good and wanted to replace it, so the cashier got the manager and the manager was rude and not listening properly when I was trying to explain it. The cashier didnāt do anything wrong because she used the syrup she was supposed to, but I was just trying to explain how the brand of syrup was different and thatās why it tasted bad. We did not get a refund, we had to buy another type of drink and the manager didnāt care to listen and understand what we were trying to say. How can customers address a problem when the manager is rude and demeaning? And my Aunt said that this is not the first time sheās acted like this. This is inappropriate behaviour.
