Wish I could give zero stars. After just moving to the Beausejour area 6 weeks ago, they’ve had so many chances. But every single time we order, something goes wrong - no sauce on wraps, doughnuts stale/old tasting, iced caps watery or cappuccinos cold/stale tasting like the machine hasn’t been cleaned. We are a family with 6 youngsters so we have ordered there a LOT in the last 6 weeks. You literally cannot go through the drive though without them interrupting you every five seconds to ask you something that you’d have answers if they’d just let you finish a sentence. Final straw was today when we went through the drive through and I had asked for an extra cup of ice along with our meals as we have always done and to be put in a plastic cup as I am pregnant and the ice chips help settle my stomach, and the cardboard cups always taste like coffee (and make the ice taste like stale coffee too) as they absorb odours/flavours. When I got to the window to pay all of a sudden this was problem and I was told I’d have to pay for the cup, despite the fact we’d ordered meals and other beverages. I explained that I’d been ordering this almost daily for the past 6 weeks and was basically told too bad. Then got home, to find the wraps we’d ordered were missing the sauce and the hash browns were iced cold. Funny thing was, we then had an appointment out in Steinbach and the Tim’s there had zero problem with getting us our large order correctly, hot, and with a plastic cup of ice without any type of issue. And they managed to let us speak at the drive though without interrupting us every five seconds. It only seems to be Beausejour location that can’t get an order right and likes to nickel and dime its customers that are there DAILY. Won’t be giving them any more business and recommend you save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else - like one of the many other restaurants or coffee shops in town where the staff is friendly, smiling, and LISTENS to their customers OR make the...

I stopped by this location shortly after leaving the hospital where my grandmother had just passed away. I was exhausted and grieving, and simply went through the drive-thru to get a coffee. There was no one directly behind me at the window, so I politely asked if I could add one more coffee to my order , as I forgot, a VERY simple request when there wasn’t a line up at the drive thru.
Instead of being treated with basic decency, I was met with shocking hostility. The woman at the window aggressively shoved a straw and then my drink at me without a word. As I was leaving, I calmly said, “Please have a better day , you don’t need to be so aggressive.” That’s when she began yelling at me, saying, “You’re not allowed to order at the window.”
I was stunned. I parked and went inside to speak to a manager, only to be further disrespected. The manager refused to take my name, refused to log my complaint, and refused to provide any way to follow up. While I was visibly upset, employees stood at the front smirking, laughing, and whispering about me and the same girl at the window continued yelling from across the store to try and argue with me.
This is not just bad customer service this is emotional abuse and bullying, especially toward someone already going through a personal loss. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of this conduct, and if this is how they train their employees to treat grieving people asking for a coffee, then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere , permanently.
I have filed a formal complaint through the corporate support portal and am escalating to Restaurant Brands...
Read moreI’ve visited this Tim’s a lot over the past few years, as I frequently fish in the whiteshell and pinawa area, but I always use the drive thru, and after deciding to go inside on Wednesday after a long day of fishing - I’m not sure if I’ll ever stop back at this Tim hortons.
Staff seemed uninterested and very rude, there was at least 7-10 staff in the establishment, and there was almost a line outside the door, but it wasn’t busy, it was just the staff constantly asking each other how to do things or if they had certain menu items. Blonde girl working the counter was slouching and had a look on her face that she’d rather be somewhere else on a Wednesday afternoon - when I asked if they had a certain menu item I was met with “I don’t know” and an eye roll. Finally got my coffee order in after 5 mins at the register, just to have the younger gentlemen who seemed flustered to hand me the coffee and say “here” in a rather rude tone. Coffee wasn’t even stirred, just tasted bland, almost like he just put the sugar, cream, and coffee in the cup and put the lid on it and tried to get me out as fast as possible.
I don’t usually complain - but this was just really bad. I work in customer service so I get it, some days are better than others, but this was ridiculous, the lady in line behind me had an even worse experience with her husband from what I overheard.
I will be avoiding this Tim hortons...
