I ordered through the app, which i do often. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 was a side kick and the other two 6 inches i ordered were wrong. I ordered a turkey and a bmt. The veggies & sauces of the bmt were on the turkey and vice versa, and were also labelled wrong (they put a T on the BMT). I don’t normally write reviews or bad ones at that but really disappointed because i order through the app while i’m at work so it doesn’t take my whole lunch break and by the time i was back that’s when i noticed you messed up my order.
Updated: I went back again, to see if they could figure it out this time. Anytime i order more than 1 sub through the app, they ALWAYS switch the veggies on the subs. I ordered pretty much the exact same thing the last time this happened, and they couldn’t even get the right size of sub. I order 2 6 inches and got 2 foot longs (was only looking for a snack) and both were made wrong. I order through the app so i can pick up and go when needed. They never seem to get my order right. i’m just glad i double checked before i left this time. Read moreThe dining area is filthy, food on the table,seats, and floor. You can see layers of dust and crumbs on the counter from days of improper wiping.
The brisket was cold in the center, the cold table (where they keep the produce when building the food) was left wide open with missing inserts so I doubt the vegetables table was at the proper temperature. The cookies were stale and hard.
The service while he was friendly needs more training. No sense of urgency so everything was slow and kept forgetting what he was making even though it was just a standard #9 plus banana peppers. After he was done he forgot what he made and asked what it was. While I’m not saying I could’ve gotten away with saying a cheaper sub it definitely did look possible with how unsure he was.

I was very friendly and polite and did not receive the same in return. When he put sauce on my sub he put it directly in the middle of sub, I had to ask him to spread it over the entire sub. He rushed putting on toppings, placed them very sloppy on and just didn’t take any pride in his job. At the end when I went to pay he asked how I was paying and when I told him debit please he hit the button for me to proceed and walked to the back without saying a word. The machine wasn’t letting me skip the tip option so I had to ask the other worker who was stocking the meat to help me, he was no where to be found.
