Restaurant La Pataterie — Restaurant in Bedford (Ville)

I just got home from buying two separate meals, i was trying to explain to them what order goes with what (having trouble reading the note) as I'm explaining this to our usual, very kind, very joyful very lovely woman whose work there since the day I moved here, (three years ago) this younger woman rushes by I explain myself again. She's not really listening to me and just tosses my order in the bag very roughly very rudely and walks off. Now I understand. It's a very hard place to work in the kitchen, though I do not believe I hadn't deserved that type of treatment from the young lady. The other woman as usual was always pleasant with me I enjoy seeing her smile and enjoy seeing her attitudes. So kind. So sweet. So attentive and very patient with us. Young lady, on the other hand, I believe if you have camras you can see for yourself. As an added note, I believe it's also the same young woman who rudely told my mother that she was ordering the wrong item at the wrong place snapping at her for making a mistake a week prior, I don't know about you but having my food thrown in a bag and having my mother snapped at for a simple mistake is not the type of service I would like. Bonjour! Lola, Arthur, Émile, Justin, Hugo et moi fûmes de passage au Restaurant La Pataterie et nous avons été plutôt épanouis. Tout d’abord, le service fut efficace, impressionnant et compétent. Les cuisiniers étaient dans la cuisine comme des poissons dans l’eau, agiles et proactifs tels des professionnels. Cette coopération et cette entraide fut tout un spectacle! Chacun était à son poste, travaillant ardemment, harmonieusement et avec acharnement. Sans jamais baisser les bras, ils se déplaçaient à la vitesse de la lumière (3 x 10^8 m/s), une vitesse hors du commun pour de simples mortels! Maintenant, parlons culinairement. Hugo a pris un milkshake et poutine saucisse et a trouvé son bonheur de campagne, enfoui au plus profond de son être et de sa poutine. Toutefois, nous fûmes déçu de découvrir que le fromage était caché au fin fond de la poutine, gisant tel du magma. Le milkshake était apaisant, soyeux comme un nuage, un tendre baiser maternel lors d’une douce nuitée. Justin a opté pour une poutine saucisse et un rôteux comportant une s* de chou satisfaisante, mais sans plus. Le rôteux était juteux et viandeux, la saucisse sortant tout droit de la ferme voisine. Miam miam. Le regard de Matis s’est arrêté sur la poutine boeuf et saucisse ainsi que le roteux all dressed comme son camarade Justin. il prit aussi un Orange Crush™️, et pour dessert, une petite crème glacée molle au chocolat. Cela va sans dire qu’il est un esti de cochon :). Pour sa part, Émile a pris la fameuse saucisse poutine, un classique intemporel, qu’il délecta sensuellement. Arthur a pris une poutine extra saucisse qui goûtait apparement le bouillon de légumes, la texture était satisfaisante, un léger goût de poivre chatouillant agréablement nos papilles gustatives. Nous avions apporté de la sauce à l’ail du restaurant d’origine orientale Amir™️ et avons tenté de l’incorporer à la poutine, espérant découvrir un mélange original et idéalement agréable, mais déçus nous fûmes :(. Lola était épanouie et satisfaite de A à Z. Je suis tanné donc j’arrête ici mais pour clore et, j’ai adoré l’expérience et je recommence définitivement aux prochains couilleux hangover, car revigorant ce fut. La Pataterie...
