St-Hubert Express — Restaurant in Beloeil

Ordered a club and the bread was burnt. She said it was because of new equipment that they are not used to. It is easy to see burnt toast not sure why they would have continued to build the sandwich and then proceed to serve it. We asked for them to add onions to the sandwich as well in which they declined to do (maybe I misunderstood but she either said they don't have onions or they don't do modifications) it was eaten anyway as we don't ever want to insult anyone especially in restaurants however I am surprised and not surprised it was served that way. Other than that we also ordered a chicken wrap plate but requested to have a Caesar wrap. They said they could not make any changes and that the wrap was served with mayo but they could give some Caesar dressing on the side, for such a minor detail we overlooked it but again questioned the reasoning. I am giving it 3 stars because of location, cleanliness, servers were friendly and so was the atmosphere aside from the lack of of accommodation to such a small request and because they overlooked the burnt toast...

We order meals from time to time but we went tonight, ordered via the IOS app, went good. Drove to the restaurant, park and hit the I am here button in the confirmation email, got a confirmation SMS a few seconds later. So far so good! But then I wait… 14 minutes and still no one showing up. I was telling myself, rush hour but when I walked in, no customer waiting at the counter. I explained to the nice girl that I’ve been waiting a while, she felt bad and seemed genuinely not happy. She went to tell the situation to another employee, from where I stood, looked like she laughed until she got pointed my way. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. The chicken was severely undercooked. The bread is just sitting on the counter not even under an heating lamp. There's fries lying every where on the floor and a lot of dirt. The employees don't wash their hands before touching your food. An employee transferred a container of brown sauce into another one that was sitting on the floor and then proceed to put the one that was on the floor on a counter. This is unacceptable for hygiene standards in a restaurant, and I don't think I'll eat...
