If I could put 0 stars I would!! I was sitting their with my children, peaceful eating when this DoorDash girl came for an order, and the guy at the register started yelling at her in front of everyone, the girl cried and left the restaurant, My kids kept telling me they were not comfortable staying there so we left, it is not normal!! Then I call and spoke to the owner about it, he is being extremely rude, and telling me the guy was not yelling but speaking loudly, and it’s not his fault my kids misunderstood it, instead of just apologizing for it and talking to their employees to do better or make sure their tone is good with customers, definitely lost yourself a lot of customers, so unfortunate that now a days it’s hard to have a normal service in...

Service moyen. Frite manquante dans une commande à emporter . Retour quelques minutes pour venir récupérer celle-ci. Accueil par le propriétaire qui ne veut entendre raison et m'annonce que c'est une erreur ( de ma part) lors de ma commande ( demandée trio suprême et une poutine régulière, moi à la serveuse) On m'a répondu (le propriétaire)avec mépris et arrogance limite agressive. Je me ferai un plaisir de ne pas vous faire de publicité positive croyez-le et dites à ce monsieur que lorsque un client viens gentiment demander son dû de l'écouter et de prendre en compte de l'erreur de la personne qui a pris la commande et non le client frustré de ne pas avoir eu ce que lui s'attendait d'avoir. Apprenez à écouter . En réponse, j'ai les moyens de me payer une portion de frites monsieur.. La caissière se trompe en passant ma commande, d'accord ..mais votre attitude est déplorable pour un propriétaire , Ce qui me rassure c'est que j'ai vu d'autres commentaires face à votre façon d'agir.
