Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Berthierville

Worst service ever, I have stopped here a few times driving through at different hours, service has never been good. This is my last time stopping here. The guy at the counter couldn't even find a Ti-matin in his menu. I had to go to the self serve kiosk to place my order, food guy managed to mess up a simple bacon and sausage ti matin. I had to remake my own BELT and get him to give me bacon. Recommendation to Tim Hortons: if you can't have enough qualified workers to cover a shift don't open to inside. Recommendation to anyone else, go across the street to McD....

If I could give an extra star, i would !! I go to this place about once a week, and every time I am received with a smile :) Service is excellent, especially early in the morning (which is funny because we would think it's the opposite).The food is always at it's best, well prepared, well packaged. To be fair, I rarely rate Tim Horton's high for food because there isn't much there for healthy vegan choices so I don't eat anything but they do have oat milk for coffee. The atmosphere was nice for a Tim Horton's, they have an electric fireplace with a couple of cozy chairs 😀 Had to endure a very long line up and waited 20 minutes to get a coffee so that's not ideal.
