Full of frustrated customers who take a complete back seat to the drive-through orders. I ordered a toasted bagel and recieved it 22 minutes after ordering inside the store. The only reason I checked with the kitchen to see if they got my order was because I saw 10 drive through orders completed. The poor girl left on cash was under trained and completely flustered. Every other employee was dedicated to car based orders. This restaurant and its owner are now one of my lowest reviews. This is not directed at management or the regular employees. This is directed at the owner and the general manager of the store. Get it together. Treat your stuff better and they will have a better experience, so will your customers.
Addendum: Don't apologize to me. Apologize to your staff for not having proper training. Then you can start apologizing to the people who frequent your restaurant. I stood at a cash until a guy rushed by and told me “she will take care of you over there”. There was no one at any of the 3 cashes so I backed up to the empty waiting line. After a bit, a woman came to one of the cash registers so I walked up to that one. She fiddled with the buttons, got the first guy to help her with something and then started a bit of a discussion between the two of them, seemingly about the register. I asked them and explained I left anf the price for a small coffee is 1.47 $. But I was treated with a not friendly behavior. I explained I am in rush please I will bring money to you, but she said badly you must pay and receive your coffee.
