Barbies Resto Bar Grill — Restaurant in Blainville

Getting in was easy. There was a QR code to scan for accessing the menu, there were conventional menus but they wouldn't offer it. The food was brought all mixed up. One order was not the same as we had ordered. The other one was missing some ingredients. When they saw the mistake they tried to say if we want to remove the cheese and onion that wasn't supposed to be with the burger. But, then, they accepted to bring a new burger. While waiting for the new burger, they didn't care that one food is getting cold so at least they could have offered to keep it warm or bring some side dishes to compensate their mistake. They asked if I prefer my food was kept warm much later when it was already cold. When we asked for some ketchup, only 2 small ketchup pockets not even on a plate or at least in a small bowl, but just 2 small ketchup pockets that you find in Mcdonalds. Finally, when the second burger was ready to eat, both burgers were half cooked. Such a terrible experience for the first time since the restaurent were closed last year. The manager could have offered something in return to keep the clients a bit happy, but no, they just prefered not to. We could have just walked away when the whole order was mixed up. My stake was cold and raw. My girlfriends stake was cold and completely raw on the center cut. My monte-carlo patato was burnt and not sure what was mixed in. Plates come with a mountain of fries and meat.. no vegetables or salad. Prices do not reflect quality or quantity. The wine bucket was put on the floor. no bread and butter. My son's ceasar salad was good and so was his deluxe hamburger. The waiter came to take the order but never came back to see if we were missing something. In all the experience was poor. There's work to be done on service and presentation. The manager had his shirt sticking out of his pants. It was Saturday night.The decor was cheap as chips. My second time eating here in 3 years. UPDATE we responded to the owner of this post . We really took the time to sit down and explain the situation and they didnt even have the decency to respond .

This was our first time here and definetly our last . We waited a long time for food even though there werent many people (monday). The waitress couldnt answer any of the questions about what was on the menu . For example : i asked if the mayo was homemade and she had no idea that yartar sauce was made with mayo . My husband ordered a burger, they forgot to put the sauce . I ordered the fish and chips which was a soggy mess. First time in my life i returned something to the kitchen . The fries tasted frozen . My husband didnt touch his . They ended up charging us for the burger anyways and didnt charge the fish and chips. They were blaming the supplier but it was clearly soaked in cold oil.
