This man was rude, 2 faced, and very unprofessional. I had an order to deliver yesterday. He asked to wait 10 to 12 minutes at 6:38pm (keep in mind everything from when the order was placed, when I arrived, are digitally time stamped on the cameras). At that point, I've seen 3 clients walked in after me, placed their orders, and receive their food as well. As I was waiting another delivery person came in and they proceeded to make his order and not mine. At 7:00pm it confirmed that I waited more than I should have and was not told any further instructions.

When I tried to ask him why it was taking so long, he wouldn't let me speak, as he was trying to talk over me and not letting me express my concerns. He demanded that I cancel the order if I was unhappy, I told him no since I waited this long for the order. He even put the music louder in the restaurant to drown the sound of my voice.

I had a previous ordeal with this man months before. I needed to use the washroom as I walked in, I noticed he was talking to 2 men, and I just proceeded to use the washroom. Next thing I know, I hear someone screaming HELLO MADAME 3 times until I've realized it was me he was yelling at. When I did, I asked him for the washroom, and he said in an aggressive manner no its out of service... while they were clients in the restaurant and no paper indicating such as. Ever since that issue, he has been fake nice and holding a grudge.

Please, sir, we all have to work in a timely manner to respect each other's time. I do not appreciate using my time to do other orders while I was there waiting unnecessarily. Please do better so we can move on forward amicably.

I very randomly ended up in this part of the city and wanted something not too greasy. Super happy I walked in here.

I had the chicken bowl with veggies and it was so fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. Everything tasted super clean and healthy, and still filling. Service was incredibly fast and the staff were just the kindest people, very very patient AND so friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful in choosing a delish option!

A great option whether you’re grabbing takeout on a busy day or sitting down for a quick meal. The portion size was generous for the price, so you really feel like you’re getting good value. My bowl came to about 20$.

Overall, delicious food, healthy choices, and wonderful people running the place! I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I go to the outlets.

Ordered delivery with my husband. It def did not look like the pictures. 2 small pieces of chicken the size of my finger, 3 small pieces of beef and it was dry.
