Restaurant Rest-Poutine — Restaurant in Blainville

Went to lunch with my mom we ordered two regular poutines one with extra cheese. When the order came both plates looked the same so i asked the waitress if they are both regular where sarah i believe was her name, the waitress answered yes while walking away from our table. When i went to pay she told the older woman at the cash our order and mentioned extra cheese so confused i said she had told us they where regular and i even mentioned me asking her when receiving the plates. I can understand a misunderstanding or confusion ( all our interactions had been in french) the waitress the. Went to the cook window and in english asked the cook about the plates saying i was calling her a liar in a rude tone. So in english i said one that is not what i said and that her comments were rude and out of place she then went to raise her tone and continue escalating the situation. The cashier personne was shocked and kept apologizing but had no idea what to do a man asked the waitress to stop but i instead to pay and leave as the service was the worst ive ever seen their are ways to speak and clear up misunderstandings with out insulating and accusing people and throwing attitude. I left no responsible came out to handle the situation very bad service. If i could give zero stars i would. Even if the food if good i m never encourage this place again. Civility and respect is a minimum. I asked respectfully and didn't blame anyone i have a right to ask questions and to get answers or clarification...

All I can say is.. wow!

I was blown away by the outstanding food here. It was absolutely incredible! The poutine... oh man the poutine!! Words can't describe the almost spiritual experience of eating the outstanding dish that was the smoked meat poutine. This place has ruined poutine for me! No other poutine will be able to compare to the heavenly experience I had with that wonderful dish.

The cheese curds. Oh my God. So fresh, so soft and so flavourful! Wherever they source their cheese curds, my hat is off for you! And the fries, smoked meat, veggies, and the delicious gravy. Just fantastic.

And the price! The price is VERY reasonable. If anything, I felt like I was stealing from them! The amount of food, it was just so much! And the toppings, oh man so many toppings! How do they stay in business?! They're practically giving away their food!

I can see why they have been in business for so long. You would be foolish to pass up this place along your travels! Stop in, grab a poutine. You will NOT be...
