Yummy Sushi — Restaurant in Blainville

Ordered through UberEats, but regardless of the delivery method, a sushi restaurant’s top priority should be quality and freshness. Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. We had read the reviews beforehand and should have listened.

The rice was mushy and overcooked, the fish had a rancid taste—so bad that my wife literally threw up (and no, she’s not pregnant). Even the soy sauce was watered down. We barely made it through two or three pieces before deciding we were done, and as everyone knows, sushi isn’t cheap.

To make matters worse, we later learned that the owners were featured in a documentary for operating out of an abandoned building’s basement (albeit at a different location), which only reinforces the kind of operation they’re running.

Resto correct. Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, nous avons pris un plateau de 26 sushis. Certain avait des crevettes pas cuites, d'autre; beaucoup beaucoup trop de goberge. Les makis sont immenses et semblent tous de mauvaise qualité. C'était ok au goût mais vraiment pas pour y retourner. J'avais aussi une soupe wonton, le bouillon était fade et les dumplings goûtaient le ranci. Bref, pour une première fois, c'était extrêmement décevant. Nous n'y...
