Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Blind River

The worst tim hortans I've ever been to. Stopped here on the way through to sudbury, ordered to combos and was told there was a 6 minute wait for chicken. Didn't have a problem with this so paid and waited. While waiting I was the told they didn't have wedges for either combo so I got refund, which was fine but still annoying as if I'd of know could of ordered diffrent things. When we got our chicken strips they were rock hard after waiting for then to be freshly cooked it was so disappointing. I wanted to complain again but it had gotten so busy with other customers ordering and complaining themselves I did not want to wait in line again. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and had terrible attitudes arguing with each other behind the desk and tell customers who were missing parts of there orders thta it wasn't there problem they would have to speak to someone else. I goto timmies more then 5 times a day and they all know me but tonight the store front was closed but Tim the mangaer i know as a friend amd tonight my blood sugars were dangerously low and he got one of the few employes working to let me i as my blood sugars were below 3 and tim got me a couple apple fritters and allowed me to warm up and check my sugars as they were low everyone kept an eye on me till my sugars came up i wanted to thank Tim for caring enough not only for a customer but allso a friend and to the few staff that were working i would like to thank you all for your concern and the kindness and compassion i was shown tonight thank you all again and thank you Tim for the compassion amd kindness you showed me in my time of need ..THANK YOU ALL AT TIM HORTONS you all showed me how much you care not only for friends but customers as...

I had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons! From the moment I walked in, Zaki greeted me with such warmth and friendliness — he instantly made me feel welcome. Suri, the coffee maker, was fantastic as well. Not only did she make my coffee perfectly, but I also noticed how hard she was working to keep the place spotless. It’s rare to see someone handle both speed and cleanliness so well!

I’m also really impressed with how well the teenage staff have been trained. Huge credit to the boss, manager, and supervisor for taking the time to teach them great customer service skills and teamwork. You can tell everyone here works together to make the experience enjoyable.
