2pm on Saturday July 26 - Disappointed with Service and Communication Issues
I rarely leave reviews, but our recent visit to this Tim Hortons drive-thru was beyond frustrating.
The employee taking our order was clearly not listening, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times for the exact same items. Even worse, they tried to overcharge us for a simple substitution - a different sauce on the sandwich. There is a sub sauce option!
We attempted to add a fruit explosion muffin, and instead were charged for an English muffin. When we got to the window and clarified again, the staff still seemed confused. They asked what we wanted on it, as if it were a breakfast sandwich, not a muffin. After all that, we ended up settling for a chocolate chip muffin, even though it wasn’t what we wanted.. because they couldn't comprehend.
There was a clear language barrier, and unfortunately, it made the entire experience extremely difficult and unenjoyable.
Communication breakdowns like this shouldn't happen repeatedly at a major chain.
When we finally received our food, the sandwich was missing the cheese, and the bagel BELT was missing both the lettuce and tomato.
I went inside to get it corrected, but the employee was more focused on chatting than listening, and didn’t fully understand what needed fixing. Once the order was finally corrected (after more waiting), we got back to the car and realized no straws were given for our iced caps, which meant yet another trip inside..
Despite having plenty of staff inside, there seemed to be zero organization, long delays, and too many careless mistakes.
Unfortunately, this location needs serious improvement in communication, training, and overall...

Read moreTerrible service and dirty! Went in the drive through with 3 teens. I paid for me and my teen. The 2 others needed to pay separately with their bank cards. They refused to take a third order through the drive through, fine we went inside for the third. Thank god we did because items were missing from our first order. When we went inside to get the missing hashbrown and to place the third order, the begrudgingly gave us the missing hashbrown with attitude. The store was a mess and while we were waiting for our third order I used the washroom which was disgusting. Im not a fussy person and even for me this was gross. Will pay more and go to the little cafe or to Irving for me coffee next time I buy breakfast...
