Learned that Acadian poutine rapee is very different from the poutine most people know, and is more like a Japanese mochi ball but made from shredded potato with pork in the middle. Very unique and still yummy. Try it with brown sugar on top and butter. The pet de soeur (translated as a nun's fart) is a sweet cinnamon roll like dessert but without cinnamon. I have admit I'm a little partial because I love Acadian poutines and this place makes them fresh every day and they are to die for my friends like Râpé and they keep going back. Service is nice and fast without feeling rushed ,always clean . Parking is Ok not great fits about 15 Cars but you're in and out so fast you don't mind.
