Horrific experience at this location I went into to order a pizza and the girl seen me and started cleaning the counters with cleaning supplies NO GLOVES then proceeded to make boxes while I'm still standing there finally she asks me what I want and I responded with are you done cleaning she said yes but failed to wash her hands I ordered my food and was worried about her attitude towards me because she was preparing my dinner SURE ENOUGH HUGE LONG BLK HAIR WAS INTENTIONALLY BAKED INTO MY PIZZA no hair net and I feel this was deliberately done out of spite because 1. I had an issue with her not taking care of the customers by cleaning and continuing to do so e e. Though there was an order to be placed 2. Firstly, the delivery driver left my pizza outside without any notification. There was no call or message to inform me that the delivery had been made. How am I supposed to know if my order was delivered or not? This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the importance of food safety and timely delivery.

Secondly, when I called the store to inquire about my order, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Rather than assisting me with my concerns, they displayed an unprofessional attitude, which only added to my frustration.

To make matters worse, the pizza I received was not what I ordered. I specifically requested a thin crust pizza with a garlic base, but what I received had a tomato base instead. This level of carelessness in fulfilling orders is disappointing and reflects poorly on your store’s attention to customer...

Such bad customer service, looks like their food goes missing all the time from the reviews. I ordered takeout from this store on uber eats and i ordered 2 ten piece wings and one poutine. The poutine never arrived so I called the store and they said they would check with the delivery person. The delivery person said that the poutine was delivered and refused to send another box. He told me they checked the cameras and the poutine was inside the box and that there was no mistake and he delivered the poutine to my house. He was basically accusing me and saying I was lying about the food? Im not sure why they would think I would go through all the hassle of calling them and discussing my order when i simply couldve told uber.
