Read moreI had a very Bad Experience on my first visit to this restaurant after a reference from one of my friend. I will start with a suggestion that if you want to try this place order a Take out (That is not even worth it).
Here you go with the detailed summary of my experience I had at this restaurant.
Ambience- Ambience is very bad here. Crowded Seating arrangement and Very uncomfortable and cheap chairs to sit to enjoy your food.
Poor customer service - I had a bad experience at this restaurant as the staff was unhelpful. The server took our plates off the table without asking us the moment we ordered the food. This was strange because I never had experienced this type of service where you have to make request for cutlery to eat.
Unsanitary conditions - The server was walking around every table touching every glass to fill the water and it was unhygienic. She is touching every glass while everyone is eating. You should atleast have a Water Jug on every Table to maintain hygien.
Long wait times - It was not busy the moment we went there but we had to wait for long time for our food to arrive. I asked the server couple of times that why you are taking such a long time for my food as the tables occupied after me had received their food.
Bad food - I had a bad experience with food too here. I waited for long time for my food and what I received was not good. The food was tasteless that I even wasn’t able to complete my dish what I ordered (See the picture with the food I left after eating). The food quality and standard was not up...
Read moreWe visited Bebe Di Rasoi in Brampton for dinner, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. We spent close to $300, but the quality of food and service did not justify the price at all.
From the beginning, things felt off. The water glasses served to us were dirty and even had visible particles floating inside, which is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one that charges this much. The customer service overall was unprofessional and did not make us feel welcome.
We ordered their Navratri Thali, and it took almost 30–40 minutes before it was served. Unfortunately, the wait did not pay off. The food quality was subpar, flavors were lacking, and the overall presentation didn’t feel like much effort had gone into it.
One of the biggest disappointments was the Sabudana Kheer. The sabudana wasn’t even cooked properly — it was so hard that eating it felt like you could break a tooth. Serving something in that condition shows a complete lack of attention and care in the kitchen.
On top of this, the restaurant’s management seems very poor. No one bothered to check in with us properly, there was no apology for the dirty glasses or the long wait, and the overall handling of customers is at a very low level.
For the amount of money charged, this restaurant did not deliver on cleanliness, service, or food quality. Sadly, it was a complete letdown, and I would not recommend Bebe Di Rasoi to anyone looking for a decent dining experience...
