Singh Farm — Local services in Brampton

I had given them 5 stars earlier but going down two stars due to the recent things or behaviours I have come across here. Firstly the product is fresh and well put out there and the store is clean so the two stars are for that. Now let's talk pricing damnnnn! Omg do these people think we are millionaires or what. Prices in comparison to other stores are significantly have higher. For example let's take their Rakhi price in mind all the other stores have theirs starting at 1 dollar and up depending on what you choose here at this store all rakhis are over priced simple ones are where people are getting ripped off. Their cashiers are so busy talking about to each other that they often times forget customer is there and than thrown items and over stuff the bags my bag broke the other day because the cashier was adament on putting 40 dollars grocery in bag no regard for vegetables and fruits. I picked up something that seemed to have a good price. Their cashier scanned it in and said it is an error and that she could not give me this item for the scanned price. Umm Oki their manager comes by and says no the scanned price is correct and she started laughing saying omg the price is good. Seriously anyways if they can fix their cashiers behaviour also the cashiers are in such a rush they don't wait for one customer to leave before starting to scan other peoples stuff than ur trying to make sure ur groceries are not mixed up as...

The store really needs to hire more staff, especially for packing items in polythene. Saving money by putting too much burden on fewer employees only leads to poor service. I wanted to order pomegranate juice, but because of less staff it was not available. Then I ordered orange juice, but again the staff mentioned oranges were also less. This shows shortage and mismanagement due to insufficient staff.

One more big thing, I never checked my bill slip before when I bought anything from them.Fortunately, one day I checked my bill and they charged two milk packet although we bought one. When I told her, she told me I am on training and I checked when you showed me the bill slip. Instead of giving extra work to trainer, they need to hire one more staff near the girl who can check about the mistakes.

I like the vibe of the store but I feel like customers are being judged the way they are judged. I would not like to mention the name of the staff but every time I go into the store after my workout in shorts I believe some staff member judge me. There was one incident when a staff member came out of the store and asked me if I paid for the juice I bought. She was instructed by another staff member to check if I paid. I was very disappointed by the behaviour showed towards me. If the staff cannot handle the operations at the store I believe they should be either removed or trained again related to customer service skills. People do see the when staff talk to each other about the customers. It is a humble request that the store is one of my favourite because of fresh juice and please be nice and courteous...
