Delicious … this review was over a year ago! Disappointed …….poor quality! Present day March 1, 2025….. I ordered the same exact pizza and I am just wondering if there is a ration on the ingredients. I arrived to pick up the pizza and as usual I wanted to see it before leaving the store. I counted 3 pieces of spinach, 5 piceces of pineapples no black olives and no roasted red peppers. Oh yeah there should have been beef crumble literally there was kow Joe than maybe 6 pellets. I asked the rep…not sure if IT’S a manager or what. He tried saying that it’s because there is more cheese, I said you guys are crazy! This is not what I ordered. Now this idiot thought I was saying his staff is “loco” he said don’t call my staff crazy. Now instead of arguing because I know where it would end up I said just give me my refund. He said with attitude I can make you another pizza but don’t call my staff crazy, why would I accept another pizza and maybe someone will magically sneeze or cough over my food. I’ve learnt of you are not satisfied the first time don’t accept a replacement because you never know what can happen. Listen this is Brampton and at one point in time I was somewhat part of a majority but times have changed. There is definitely a language barrier and understanding certain phrases seems like a struggle for some. Last time they burnt my pizza I said nothing now I am paying more money for less toppings. Quality is disappointing. Some of these people working in the stores and owners need to get further training from head office about customer service and quality. Its franchisee like this location that is contributing to negative feedback and ruining the dominoes standards. They only care about the money and cut back on quality. I requested a refund the individual gave me back 19.25 instead of 19.94 which I requested to be credited back on my card. I’ve been going to this store for years and I must say the service and quality of product has vastly deteriorated. Will I go back nope. I went down the road to pizza pizza at 320 Main Street north in Brampton ( main and vodden ) and got the same pizza (not burnt, good amount of each toppings plus soda and sauce for the same price) . Guys my pizza was not dry, it was not burnt and I finally got my moneys worth from your competitor. I will never return to domino’s at 370 Main Street north (kings point plaza) Brampton again. You just lost a customer and you ripped me off on my refund…..shame on you. Read moreUnfortunately I can't give zero stars as they deserve today!!! First off, calling I was greeted with haste and irritation, after waiting more than 6 minutes with no apology. I made my order, and I was not asked what my form of payment was going to be(as they usually do) and my purchase total was mumbled to me followed by hanging up. (Very unusual behavior) once the driver showed up he arrived at the wrong house. (He called to inform us he didn't know where we were) We percided to pay with debit and he said that we needed to pay by credit, we said "no" we wish to pay by debit as we did last wk and any other time we've ordered) he informed us that his machine didn't accept debit and we needed to pay by credit again we said no as this was not a form of payment we owed. Again he pleaded we pay with credit as it would take too long to return to the restaurant to get another machine so we should just pay with credit (again unusual behavior) I tried to call the restaurant and ask for a manager and explain what happened and understand why the driver didn't know his machine didn't work before leaving for a call. I was told to call back at 10:30 tomorrow morning (Sept 10 2022) the lady then said he would return with no explanation (and again no apology on top of being hung up on mid question) the driver returned with a another machine (how were we to know if was legit?!?) and we asked that he call his district manager (he claimed he did and spoke in his language to someone before passing the phone to us) we asked (for our own documentation/proof) if we could have the name and number of the district manager we were speaking to, he said he couldn't give her information out. Read moreRude staff/ Dry pizza Ordered for delivery. Comes with my pizza order was 2 cans of coke (355mL per can). Got my order and they gave me a 1 bottle of coke (500mL). I called them and asked for my 2 cans because it has to be shared amongst 3 people. Now the lady saying that they ran of cans so they gave me the bottle. But it’s the same price. I tried to explain that the bottle is not what I ordered regardless if the price is the same. I was ordering for the volume. She didn’t bother calling me beforehand. It would’ve been okay but they way she was talking was not very nice. As if it’s our fault. She wanted us to order 2 bottles so we have to pay extra. If only she called then we could’ve ordered a different canned beverage. So she offered Sprite she got it delivered and the delivery driver will take the bottle and after 30minutes it arrived. The store was 12min away from where I live. As soon as the delivery driver arrived, he didn’t take the bottle and said we can keep it.
