I normally don't leave reviews, but felt this particular location needed to be addressed. A couple of weeks ago I had ordered a pizza online for lunch. Paid for it online with mastercard/visa option. The delivery person came to my door and informed that I would still need to pay, and that in fact my card would not be charged online anymore. I took the bill, informed the individual I would call in if there is a double charge, and left it as that.
The next day I noticed there was a double charge on my account, as expected there would be. I contacted their head office, whom has been extremely willing to help out. I talked to their rep, they saw the double charge, and they contacted the store. The store apparently said they would "never double charge, or say anything of the such". The lady over the phone asked me to send her the picture of my account being double charge as well as the receipt I had received at the door. She sent them an email and all seemed to be dealt with. She informed me that when the owner comes in at 3pm that I would receive a call. I said awesome, I would either like to order another pizza with them or refund whatever in this case would be easier for them (trying to make the situation easier for both of us).
I received a call from said "Owner" 2 days later, not the same day. He called and said what time would I like the pizza to be delivered today. Not a hint of remorse in the mans voice; but rather that I'm the annoyance here. I was at work and informed him Tuesday of next week I would be willing to order the pizza. We agreed that I would call back and order the pizza.
It is Tuesday today. I call the "Owner" in question, we talked about what the pizza would have on it etc. He asked me what time can he have it delivered and I said "well its lunch time so if you can as soon as possible". He agreed and we got off the phone. Hoping it was the end of this masqueraded, he called me back. He asked if he could deliver it after 4pm because he was too busy and cant contact anyone. What kind of customer service is that? I have gone out of my way to make whatever resolution the store wanted and you want to dictate the time the delivery was going to be made 20 mins after our original call? It's now 3:20PM, I contacted their head office around 2:20PM and still no pizza. They lady on the phone ensured me at this point she was going to get me the refund and complain about this to hear management team.
Is this the kind of customer service that this company wants? The lady on the phone at their head office does deserve to be recognized as the silver lining in all of this. She has been sympathetic and understanding of...

My last visit to this location made me feel humiliated and disrespected both as a customer and as a person. During this visit we had to wait for at least 30 minutes for the employee tending to customers to get the manager. This same employee was able to leave and deliver 2 orders during this time. While waiting we saw a child of one of the employees playing and throwing the beverages for customers from the fridge on the floor and sitting in the fridge. The manager ignored us for 10 minutes before even acknowledging we were waiting for him. The manager can not handle a dispute without yelling at us to leave even with other customers watching. However, he changed his attitude instantly when he noticed there was a security officer waiting behind us. If I could rate this place as a zero I would in a heartbeat. The pizza dough and the toppings seemed like they were days old and tasted rubbery. When I contacted the store the day, the girl over the phone tried to blame me saying that I had a sensitive stomach and that my taste buds aren’t used to the spices they use. I ordered the paneer pizza (and I’m Indian so I eat spices on a daily basis) so that was a joke. She said the manager will reach out to me and I have received no communication on their end. This place is trying to get away with selling garbage and they have zero sense of customer service. If you own a business and made a mistake , it’s your responsibility to fix it, especially where other peoples health is concerned.
