I ordered a sub from Uber,when it arrived the bread was so stale looked like bread crumbs.When I called the location she assured me it was baked in the morning but they agreed to make me another.So I had to drive there ,no problem.The second sub,she told me she baked fresh bread 30 minutes ago.Total lie .I asked to speak to the manager ,she called and spoke to the manager over 5 minutes in Thier language .To tell me call Uber if I wanted a refund.Why lie to customers ,total garbage.The picture I took is the second sub outcome ..another bread crumbs affair

I don't usually give negative reviews but todays experience was totally unsatisfactory. Customer service is absurd. I understand that they did not have the available donut my daughter would want to have but gave us a different order instead without even asking us or gave us options. Also, they forgot to heat up our order (Sandwich) but would not admit and even wanted to argue, instead of just heating it up. Manager isn't willing to talk and didn't even bother to address our concern. Mr. Sub has always been amazing but this branch is an absolute NO NO

I asked a lot of questions and tgey were so nice to me. I loved their sub. Absolutely returning to this place for more food🤤🤤🤤 One last thing, there sauses are really really the best onesā¤ļøšŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

I pulled my car into the spot this evening (July 22nd) after 9:35pm. I can see the employee in the back using the broom or mop before myself & daughter go in.

She puts the mop down, comes out and grabs gloves 😬 I said, "are you not going to wash your hands? You were just mopping, I saw from the window." She said, "No, I wasn't mopping, I just took the mop and put it to the other side." šŸ˜µā€šŸ’« I said, you still need to wash your hands regardless if you were mopping or not, you were touching the mop handle which isn't clean, even if you're going to use gloves, you're using unclean hands to put them on." She legit seemed annoyed at me for having her wash her hands.

After she returned from washing her hands, she had an attitude. She said, "I turned the grill off, I can't grill." (There's still 20mins until close, this grill shouldn't be off, I'd understand if a bread type wasn't available at that time, but the grill should be until close) I just decided I didn't want to have more attitude from her and said, I don't want my sub grilled.

She basically rushed putting my sub together, yes I understand it's nearing close, but you're still open until 10pm, provide proper customer service and lose your attitude girl.

After she wrapped my sub, she kinda tossed it on the counter that when I returned to my car, my 9 yrs old asked if she threw the sub because she was mad that I asked her to wash her hands.

She needs better training in hand washing, food handling and...

Take the lowest reviews seriously—they’re often accurate!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had—not only was the food disappointing, but the customer service was truly unacceptable. I agree with other reviewers: the food, particularly from Mr. Sub, is not worth it.

We ordered from Mr. Sub and were handed a cold sandwich with buns that were noticeably hard and a citrus donut instead of the berry cream donut my daughter was really looking forward to. The staff didn’t inform us that the berry cream was unavailable—they just swapped it without saying anything. When I went back to return it, there was no apology. Instead, the staff member acted as if it was my fault for not noticing what was unavailable.

She even claimed she asked if I wanted the sandwich heated, which never happened. All she asked was if the order was for here or to go. If I didn’t respond clearly, she could have simply followed up to confirm rather than assume and proceed. That’s basic communication in customer service.

It’s frustrating to encounter staff who show zero accountability or empathy, especially in a customer-facing role. This kind of attitude is a major red flag. Don’t waste your time or money here. Even if the food isn’t perfect, how you treat your customers makes all the difference in creating a lasting, positive impression—and sadly, that was completely lacking in our visit....

First time thought to try them. That was after seeing their non meaty sub sign after coming from work in the morning. Thought to buy breakfast for my family and myself. Went and introduced as first time customer to the person at counter. She started making subs for me and my family. Another lady with glasses was continuously interfering rudely while I was asking about toppings etc. Even she came and whispered something which I understood a bit that she was wasting time on me. I had 4 subs, also a new customer I was at Mr Sub. So obviously I had to take some extra time. Lady with Glasses kept whispering to other one and I could clearly see that she was angry at me and to lady dealing with me. No doubt subs were good but that store is not welcoming at all. I will not recommend for new Mr Sub customers to go there, if you go be ready for rude employee in the morning and cold subs because while my subs were getting ready, lady in glasses dealt with an elderly lady customer and just slammed her toppings and let her go in a very few minutes without asking if she needs her order to be grilled. Lady dealing with me asked me specifically for grilling all my subs, which I needed. In winter I would never like non...
