Worst delivery service ever. Ordered 2 xl large pizza's December 14 at 12am, with an incorrectly inputed amount on debt. The next day, December 15, at 4:30pm I received a phone call from the driver leaving me a voice mail stating I only paid $2 amount total and that he will be coming to my house to collect the rest of the bill. At 8:30pm he arrived with the bill, and another bill to use for debit transaction purposes. As he was entering the existing amount the machine wasn't working. I was very uncomfortable with this device seeing as it did not work both nights it appeared. It then later resulted I'm a phone call to customer service, which at the same time was a phone call to what I believe was the store manager. In the end, I had no other means of currency and was forced to either use the debit machine or use a credit card over the phone. Understanding that the bill needs to be settled and coming from the a hospitality background, I found this approach to be very unprofessional seeing as the driver waited more than 12 hours to contact me. It was very inconvenient for myself to deal with such an incident to take time out of my busy day and be, what felt like, harassed for a mistake the employee had done 20 hours prior. I will further look into investing my time and money into another...

I stopped by the Pizza Pizza on 194 Main Street and was pleasantly surprised at how good the experience was. The pizza came out perfectly baked — thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of chew, fresh toppings, and plenty of cheese that actually stretches (the way it should!). The wings and garlic bread were also on point, hot and flavorful.

What stood out the most, though, was the service. The staff were friendly, patient, and made sure everything in my order was exactly right. You don’t always get that kind of care at a chain, but this location really delivers. The store itself was clean, bright, and felt welcoming, whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or picking up a bigger order.

They don't know how to cook meat. I asked them how they prepare their bacon, the manager told me that "this how it comes and it is fine" showing me a piece from their toppings bins (not refrigerated either, absolutely disgusting and illegal) I explained to him that it was raw and gave me food poisoning. He told me I was wrong.

This is the type of service you can expect from this location. Following this, pizza pizza raised the prices of their toppings in an effort to dissuade you from ordering them, seeing as how these people have no clue what they're doing.
