The customer service provided at this store is terrible. I ordered a half cheese and half mushroom and tomato, large pizza. I specifically asked them to wash their hands/use a clean, washed cutter and also to make sure that there were no onions or meat on the pizza. The employee taking my order seemed like in a hurry and quickly rushed through writing my order. He then left for delivery.

After 30 minutes, I get my pizza. It had a piece of onion on it, despite me asking the employee to make sure that there was no onion on it. I asked to refrain from onions due to allergies, and that was also explained when ordering the pizza.

After explaining the situation to another employee, he started making excuses that I didn't explicitly state about the onions. Then after talking for a while, their next excuse was that "there is always something that comes off the cutter". That was exactly why I asked them to wash the cutter. The owner of the store had the same excuses.

Both the owner and the employees were very rude. The customer service is non-existent at this store. I wasted an hour here because of the excuses of the owner and the employee and went home without any Pizza, just left it there.

I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this store, the service is too terrible...
