Avoid the tubby little Indian girl in the evening, she has no idea how to serve customers. I got the "special bbq chicken" bowl, and when I asked for sauce and salsa she refused to serve it. She claimed that the flavors won't clash well... but did I ask for your culinary opinion? I figure out when I get home that the "special" is that they drizzle a few lines of bbq sauce on their regular chicken. I kid you not, it's just a regular chicken bowl with no sauces except for two lines of bbq sauce. This was the worst burrito bowl I have ever had in my life. I had to GO TO MY FRIDGE and put on MY OWN salsa, burrito sauce, and sour cream. Thank god I had these laying around in my fridge because it revived this bland and stale bowl which otherwise would have been inedible. Next time, just give the customer what they want instead of putting up a fight. What kind of burrito bowl is served without sour cream and burrito sauce anyways? Such a scam "special", it's probably a tactic to reduce their usage of condiments. If the chicken was cooked in bbq sauce, I could not tell because it was bland regardless. Read moreI had noticed prior to my bowl being filled with guacamole that it was heavily oxidized and was brown. The guacamole was covered in seran wrap and was covered with a lid but was still brown. He picked up the guacamole container and showed his senior staff. I was hoping they would throw away the oxidized guacamole and give me some fresh guacamole, in the moments they were holding the container. To my disappointment she placed the container back down and gave me the oxidized guacamole but at the same time covering the guacamole from my view with the lid in an attempt to shield it from my view.

I appreciate your response to my review. My particular review and rating is based on the customer service and the quality of ingredients provided which includes guacamole. I do agree guacamole is one of many ingredients in a burrito. However, it is a premium ingredient that is charged at an additional cost. Instead of what i thought it would be it was insanely spicey which I said not to do. I have a very weak stomach, meaning I get stomach ulcers very easily from very spicey food which I try avoiding. It was not even a bit spicey, like the other girl at the counter put an exceptional ammount of hot sauce in the burrito, as I saw when I opened it up. I was the only person there so there wasn't any mix up either. My first thought was the person making the food was making it for themselves and not for me and how they would like their burrito to taste.
