Meat Master — Local services in Brampton

Hello there I've visited the restaurant on a few occasions in the hopes of running into someone. I also gave the restaurant a call to at least hear this person's voice. After attempting the standard means, such as phoning and texting her, I tried all of these. I haven't seen her in more than a year. Sincerely, I've only ever spoken to or seen her couple of times in my entire life. Oct. 1 was the last time I saw her. We were never at a point where we could consider ourselves friends; in fact, we hardly knew one another, so I can't even say that she disappeared from my life. Nevertheless, she did. Before she left, told me that she would bring me a cake the following day as it was October 1st, my birthday. She didn't came back neither the cake. I don't know what kind of love I have for this person even though she isn't even aware that I exist. I don't even have a picture of her, she just exists in my memory. I just want to say that a day has never passed me from October 1st 2021 without me thinking about her and the little moments we had. Cutting it back to 2 stars only. 4 times ordered masala fish in bulk like 5lbs, 2 times fish pakoda.... all I got was too much masala/besan and less fish. I complained, complained and still no results. I havent visited this place since December 2024. Hope that they return to the previous quality.

[Long time ago review was 4 stars]:I liked their fish pakoda......different kind of style and less oily. The marinated chicken and raw chicken was good. Kharoda soup is amazing and in cooked chicken, I have tried only Chicken Karahi and it was very good again and I believe, other dishes would be good too. Masala Fish is exceptional and if someone is missing typical Amritsar style fish pakoda, this is a must try.

I gave one star less as once they gave me Desi Chicken. But, it was just an ordinary chicken and I felt cheated as Desi Chicken costs almost double than the ordinary whole chicken.

Looking at the quality, I am their regular customer and have ditched Warraich meats. I hope that they continue giving this type of quality chicken/fish, else, it would be difficult to thrive in...

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Cooked Food and Customer Service

I had a very poor experience with their cooked food. While they might be a decent option for purchasing raw meat, I would strongly advise against ordering any cooked items from here.

I ordered a large Chicken Lababdaar, and the chicken was extremely tough, tasted old, and was not properly cooked. It felt unsafe to eat and could have easily caused food poisoning if we had consumed it. This was the first time I experienced such an issue from them—up until now, things were just okay.

What made the situation worse was their customer service. I called to report the issue, and they said one thing over the phone. But when I went to the store, they completely changed their stance and acted like nothing was ever discussed. There was no consistency, no accountability, and certainly no understanding of how to treat a customer respectfully.

Very disappointing. I would never recommend their cooked food to anyone. They may still be fine for raw meat, but if you're considering anything cooked—please...
