BEWARE! If they tell you their seasoned chicken toppings are halal then it is a lie. I've been a very happy and frequent customer at this location for a year until recently for I came to know that I was being lied to about a matter of serious nature. As Muslims I and my family only eat 'halal' meat products. We frequently order butter chicken and tandoori chicken pizza from this location and specifically ask for halal chicken on every order but until my recent visit to this location, I made the same order yet I was advised that they don't have halal option with tandoori and butter chicken toppings and they only offer plain chicken in halal; though I appreciated the honesty of this staff member who didn't lie to me like I've been lied to all this time yet I was shocked and very disappointed that for a year I was being served non-halal chicken as halal. VERY POOR SERVICE-- NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE We ordered a Pizza and went in the store for pick up. They gave us a wrong order which we determined when we arrived home. We told them over the phone about the issue and the students (who work part time) started to question us and our credibility. Later after a long conversation, they said the new pizza will come in 30 mins. Which came after 2 hours. It was water cold. In between, we called numerous times at the store and they said the delivery will come in 2 mins in 2 mins in 2 mins which landed after 1.5 hours. What a waste of money and poor service. Not sure, if this review will open any eyes for the owner, but if he is reading this, he shall know that the staff at the location needs 1) better communication skills and improve their customer service 2) He shall oversee the staff during peak operating hours 3) The students (part timers) shall not make fun of anyone who calls for issues....Litterly we got insulted for a...

Worst service ever. This pizza place is near to our house so we order pizza from this place most of time but this is 4th or 5th time they have done that. Firstly, they don’t put chicken , at all on chicken pizza and when I call there is no chicken on pizza , they would blame customer for ordering wrong then after arguing ,they would say okay we will send new pizza but they won’t send until customer call them again 2-3 times then they will send cold pizza after an hour or two. One more thing they will say to customer give wrong pizza back to delivery driver. I just hope they are not reusing that pizza which has come back from somebody’s home. Not ordering from them ever.
