Went here today through the drive-thru and, once again, noticed the customer service is not great.
I initially ordered kids’ cheeseburger meals for my kids but changed my mind literally within two seconds and asked for the $5 value deal instead, because my kids changed their minds. A woman was taking my order at first, but then the manager took over and repeated the updated order back to me.
When we got to the window, the manager said we wasted food. I asked how, since we hadn’t even paid yet. Don’t you only start making the food after the order is confirmed and paid for? He kept insisting that it was already made and we wasted it. We calmly said, “How is that our fault?” but he wouldn’t drop it. He just kept saying we wasted food instead of moving on and processing the rest of the order.
It was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary — especially when we had come from far, the kids were hungry, and the change in order happened literally seconds apart. People change their minds all the time at drive-thrus — that’s normal. Telling a customer they wasted food over a quick change is not okay.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at the Burger King on Yellow Avens in Brampton. I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup, and when I got there, the staff kept insisting they never received my order—even after I showed them the order confirmation right on my phone. After wasting time going back and forth, they suddenly say, “Oh, that’s your order.” No apology. No urgency. Just pure disorganization.
The food was even worse. The fries were dry and clearly old—like they’d been sitting around for hours. The nuggets were so overcooked and dry they were practically inedible. And the burger? Sloppy, cold, and tasted like it had been made the day before. It was a complete joke.
Between the terrible service, old food, and messed-up order process, this location is a disaster. Don’t waste your time or money.

They offered to bring my tray to a table so I could manoeuvre my powerchair. When the food arrived at the table, it was RIGHT off of the burner, freshly made, and delicious to taste. They brought the take out portion of my order to the table and allowed me to have a wonderful visit. The second time was the same. The staff, i won’t use names, was helpful and beyond courteous. As a person with mobility issues it is refreshing and encouraging to be able to do the simple things in life.
