Completely disappointed they are racist and judgemental ive experience many encounters with them these ladies need to be fired at all cost as they only target black people and its not ok continuously one after another major disappointments ill never in my life order from here again this was not called for not professional they only target a specific race I lived here my entire life way before they got hired and never once experiences massive discrimination NOT OK !!!! PLEASE HIRE OTHER PEOPLE WHO TRULY VALUE CUSTOMERS ! I also will be posting a review on social media tiktok Instagram aswell so it gets out so people are aware of their intentions and behavior absolutely im Livid and appauld at how they treat humans comparing to other race mind blowing and not ok these employees will deseave the boss saying they dont harras and discriminate other race LIES they do i have alote of people ongoing who went here and had a facebook group talking about it which I will put in another review about the ladies in this store unbelievable unprofessional and they need to fire and hire people who have RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS ..HOW dare they talk bad about us and my mother How dare you! Not ok and I will make sure it gets out on all social media platforms for discrimination ! Racist and constant bad mouthing and targeting a certain race not ok ill never go here again and ill spread the word if thos review does get taken down at any cost to prevent people from knowing the truth on thos behavior whatever in the dark will come to light ill make sure it hits every social media platform their is ! I'm so disappointed! l'm a regular customer who will NOT be returning. Today I bought italian cheese bread and a supreme pizza. The italian cheese bread was uncooked, so doughy that you can roll it out or knead it. My daughter pointed out the uncooked dough after eating it. As my nephew picked the toppings off his pizza he noticed a long strand of hair under the toppings. The pictures are attached. I called the restaurant to immediatley report it before heading back there with the food. On the phone I stated that I will be in for a full refund and replacement order. Since I was a regular customer I didn't mind a replacement order. Upon arrival, I showed the uncooked italian bread and pizza w/ the hair to the lady at the front counter who was defensive and denied that there was a problem, plus she wouldn't provide her name when I asked. She called her manager on the phone who I spoke with and he also had the same attitude and stated that this issue never happened before. I was offered a refund OR reorder, not both. I requested both b/c 1) My order shouldn't have been RAW in the first place 2) I wasted time and gas to return to the restaurant for an issue that shouldn't have occurred and 3) wasted time and gas to buy lunch somewhere else. My suggestion to the owner and operators: 1) Customer Service training!!!! 2) Take accountability 3) Apologize 4) Check out the timer/settings on your oven 5) Ensure food is completely cooked before...

I ordered a pizza and wings from the menu and M/s Meena attended me for the order. I asked her to remove a topping from my pizza(onion), to which she bluntly refused, saying then it will become customised pizza sir, i can’t remove a topping. I asked that i am only asking you to remove a topping not add any, for which you simply have to skip putting it. No senior will ask you why is there one pizza worth of onion extra in your insert. But no, she was so arrogant that she was happy to not take my order but would add onion if i had to order, then i requested her to add a seasoning just to check what she says about it and as expected she said we charge 89 cents for that. I order same every time i visit little caesars and the manager is flexible enough to grant above requests but today was a new experience. I ordered the pizza because i had not many options in the vicinity as it was late. I have been a regular customer of little carsars from saskatoon. But today i had a pathetic experience. Will think twice before coming to the place again.

And one suggestion to the store, i also work in restaurant but gone are the days when you could be this arrogant. You have to be flexible in these...
