Seriously save your health, money, and taste buds. They are probably serving you food returned by some other customer.
We ordered 2 pizzas - 1 with extra cheese and 1 Indian stye WITH NO GREEN CHILLI (confirmed with them twice). When we started eating we realized the pizza had green chillis and there was no extra cheese. We were 5 adults eating the pizza and each of us took a slice, so naturally we only had 5 other slices remaining. I called customer service to complain about the green chilli. The very first thing they ask is: "how many slices do you have remaining?" This is obviously because if you have the pizza intact they will ask you to bring it back and pick up another (not sure if they're going to serve it to other people - which tbh with covid they really shouldn't be taking opened/eaten food back from customers). When I told them I have 5 slices remaining, the unapologetic lady on the phone said: "OK. I'LL LET THE STORE MANAGER KNOW AND THEY WILL TAKE EXTRA CARE NEXT TIME."
Meanwhile, my 2 yr old niece who had a bite from the pizza and ate the green chillies is crying frantically in the background. I told the lady that we fed the pizza to a kid and got quite infuriated that she did not even apologize or sound the least bit sorry.
The lady goes on to say, "BUT THAT I SAID THAT ALREADY. I SAID SORRY."
It almost sounded like having an argument with an immature teenager who says "but I said sorry."
Forget the fact that they don't even offer to deliver the pizza to your home to give you the correct order, they inconvenience customers with the wrong order, want you to drive back with the pizza for an exchange, and will not even offer to compensate you for your trouble. And let's not forget EATEN/TOUCHED FOOD SHOULD NOT BE EXCHANGED.

We waited for more than 30 mins for our pizza which was a large pizza half chicken half veg. They gave us two different pizza by saying that they made a mistake and instead of half and half they made a full chicken pizza. I was okay with that as mistakes can happen. After that we got home, tried their chicken pizza first and noticed on my very first bite that there was a hair stuck in one of the chicken bite. We called them and they said they can deliver another one but it will take 40 more mins. We decided to not have a pizza and get our refund. Few minutes later my vegetarian friend tried her veg pizza and again there was a hair found on a slice. Which is disgusting. We again called the location to let them know about the second incident. The girl on the phone calling herself a manager of the location got offended when i complained about the second pizza also. She said that she is angry because we are making a statement on how the sell their pizzas. Which is so true. If the hair was on one pizza, we can atleast say that it was by mistake but then the second one packed in a different box having the same issue( A HAIR) is not a mistake. Looks like they are not concerned about the food and safety protocols. And on top of that trying to defend your mistake is not acceptable thats not something a customer is looking for and that too from a MANAGER! this is truly one of the most pathetic...

I ordered pizza and breaded wings, didn't open boxes to check there coz of trust but when I reached home, open the box and seeing totally different wings. So naturally I called number which went to head office. So I thought I can make complaint about store. But horrible things starts here, girl who is talking from head office was so so rude, arrogant ( can't write) that if her mother listen to her then she must say this is not my daughter. Rather than taking complaint she just cut the phone( acc to her you can not complain,talk to store). Popular pizza is big franchise so it must have some complaint handling department. Few points.... -Inside store a girl who is taking order she doesn't know how to speak with customers and order things(it seems online menu is different than physical) -We used to order for party for 25 ppl Aprox once a week for office so now I won't give them business. Loosing few bucks won't make much difference to them but people please if you treated badly stop buying from them. Coz they don't want to improve their customer service then this is the only one choice we have. anyone knows how to complain consumer protection Ontario or related agency.
