I placed an order through the Subway app, which confirmed it would be ready around 10:25 PM. I arrived at 10:00 PM after a long drive, expecting my order to be either ready or at least in the process of being prepared. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the moment I stepped in.
There was no one at the counter, and the only staff member was in the back. When I told her I was there to pick up my order, she informed me they had no bread at all. Her reasoning? The store was "too busy" and she "needed to make more bread." That’s hard to believe — this location is rarely busy, and what it really looked like was poor time management and lack of preparation.
She offered flatbread as a substitute, even though I specifically ordered Italian Herb & Cheese. When I declined, she told me she would have to cancel the order. I asked why no one called to inform me before I drove all the way there. Her response? She had to wait for me to arrive before canceling. That makes no sense, especially since my phone number is clearly provided through the app.
Overall, this was a huge waste of my time. The service was disorganized and careless, and the attitude was dismissive. Subway in Brampton has seriously gone downhill. This location is disappointing. I clearly told her I wanted Italian Herb & Cheese bread with Chicken Teriyaki and fresh Mozzarella cheese, but she made a face like she didn’t understand and said Veg Patty instead.
I repeated, “Chicken Teriyaki,” but she still continued saying “Veg Patty.” When I told her she wasn’t listening properly, She was the one being rude and unprofessional for no reason.
Then she claimed they didn’t have Chicken Teriyaki, even though it was clearly available. It felt like she just didn’t want to do her job.
Because of her behavior, I left the store without purchasing anything.

As i was eating the sub I bit down on something hard. So I spite it out in my hand, and seen a silver object I picked it out of the chewed up food whipped it off, and it was a EARING BACK!!
