I came here at 8:45pm on April 23rd 2018. The cashier and woman making the lattes were extremely rude and discriminatory towards me. The Workers got my order wrong and refused to make it again, insisting that I didn't know what a mocha latte tastes like even though I always order it. They also squished the 5 separate donuts I ordered into a single bag and I had to ask them 3 times to bag them separately as I had some plain and some chocolate for 4 separate people. The woman was also mad that I asked her for new plain donuts after she herself smudged the chocolate on them.
The workers also refused to give me my drink THAT I PAID FOR until I agreed to clean up after my kids, telling me that kids are often messy that they don't want to pick up wrappers because they're closing soon.. even though our order was "to go." We weren't even sitting at a table or planning to sit there. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told I couldn't speak to anyone about it. I felt very disrespected and I had done nothing to be treated like that by people who I paid to make a latte for me. I asked for their names and I was told no as well. The other customers who heard the incident couldn't believe the tim hortons workers were being rude to my kids and myself. And they issued no apology to me either.
Do yourself a favor. Don't come here because not only are you wasting your time, you're in for a disrespectful and terrible experience that you have to PAY for! And no one here will care enough to even apologize to you.
I'd give it a negative five stars if I could. I can't believe that people are allowing this to happen to...
Read moreA female employee that I won't name serves people who she has built relationships with already first before she gives others who she doesn't know. I order a pep tea with no sugar, no cream, and no milk. Just wanted to state the simplicity of my order. A woman who ordered prior to me of a different culture than myself placed her order. Another woman who was behind me placed her order, which was similar to mine. How is it that the woman behind received her order before mine and before the woman in front of me. When the Tim hortons employee gave her "friend" her order, they both had a smirk on their face because they knew that what they were doing wasn't right. I didn't address the employee in her face because I didn't want to make a scene, but I made my mind up that I would be writing this review. The thing that stinks is that even after waiting patiently for so long in line because they seem to be under staff, when my time to place my order came, I was left waiting for my order after this other "special" person received theirs. If you have favorites, then why make them wait in line. Just bring them to the front smh. In case you can't tell, I'm being sarcastic. I'd give 0 to this place if I could, and if I was with anyone that wanted to stop at the tim hortons located in shoppers world, I'm going to tell them not to go their based on...
Read moreWent last night to order 2 Nutella iced caps (wanted to try them for the first time) and also 10 timbits. There were not much people in the drive thru line but everyone's orders were taking forever( this was okay). From the moment I ordered through the speaker to the time I actually got to the window it was about 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window I see my 2 iced caps and a lady squeezing the giant whip cream bag she then put it down and started talking to another worker. She then came up to the window finally and told me there was no whip cream (this was still ok even though It was my first time trying this drink) she then closed the window and came back and said there were no timbits. She showed no sympathy and wasted my time completely. I ended up driving away because my time was wasted and the lady was rude about it and didn't give a crap.
There was another time I ordered a sandwich here and everything was off the bread I had to rebuild everything myself.
This location is dissapointing. Would...
