I am a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location, visiting twice, sometimes three times a day, because of its convenience. Unfortunately, the customer service here is consistently disappointing. While a couple of employees provide excellent service—specifically two male employees who are always polite and efficient—the service from one female employee ( She’s of a darker complexion and larger body type ) at the drive-thru has been consistently rude and unprofessional. I’m not being racist—I’m simply providing a description so management can identify her, as she refused to provide her name.
No matter how politely I place my order, I am often met with a dismissive and abrupt tone. For example, after ordering, I am rudely asked, “And?” after every item I order, instead of a polite acknowledgment or repeating the order. When I reach the window, my coffee and food are practically thrown at me rather than handed over properly. Today, after yet another unpleasant interaction around 5:30 pm , I simply asked for the employee’s name, and instead of responding, she shut the window and walked away.
I even called the store to speak with a manager, but the supervisor on duty refused to give her name and told me the manager was unavailable.
As someone who has worked at Tim Hortons for four years, including two as a supervisor, I understand the importance of customer service. This kind of behavior does not align with the high standards that Tim Hortons is known for. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the situation.
I hope the management takes action to address these ongoing issues because no customer should have to deal with such poor service at a place they visit regularly. I am not looking for compensation—just proper training and accountability for employees who do not uphold basic customer...

I've told the server that this doesn't make any sense, and i suggested paying more to get lids because I'm scared I'll burn myself and water will get cold fast as well, which it did and I couldn't even drink my special remedie slow, but had to drink fast because ut was rapidly getting cold..and she said that they don't do this here. I had to spend extra gas to keep myself and the water warm enough, just because you are pushing this unheard off rule out in order to achieve more sales? Well, the only thing you have achieved is losing a customer and getting more bad reviews! I've also mentioned that every other Tim Hortons I go to gives hot water in cups with lids, but she said that they don't do this at this location! I got the sleeves but not a tray for 2 XL coffee cups, and yes, I've bought something else as well.. a hash brown! Like what? What if i spill it and burn myself.. they can get sued, and she said that i couldn't do that because "I'm accepting it at my own risk"! So you are pushing me to put myself at risk, and you are protecting yourself from taking any responsibility if something bad happens to me by this statement? How selfish and inhumane is this? Bravo, for the training your stuff to be ignorant and putting customers at risk!

Dear Tim Hortons Management,
I would like to share my recent experience at your store. I’ve noticed that you are hiring new people who seem to be completely inexperienced and unprofessional. They behave rudely, argue with customers, and act irresponsibly. They do not know how to communicate or behave appropriately with customers. One of the staff members even said, “Take it or leave it, otherwise go from here.” Additionally, your supervisor is unable to manage the store properly and does not demonstrate the maturity or responsibility expected from someone in a supervisory role. Due to this unpleasant experience, I have decided not to visit this store again. I will also be informing my family and friends about the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the staff and supervisor at this location.
I strongly suggest that you hire more experienced and professional employees to ensure better customer service and management.
