T DOT PIZZA — Restaurant in Brampton

I recently ordered fried momos and soya chaap from T.Dot Pizza, and the entire experience was quite frustrating.

First, the momos were not fried—they were clearly just steamed. When we called the restaurant (just a 5-minute walk from our home), they admitted the mistake and asked us to bring the same momos back so they could fry them. That’s not hygienic at all—bringing food back to the same kitchen to be refried is unacceptable.

Initially, over the phone, they agreed we had ordered fried momos. But when we went to the restaurant, the owner tried to cover up the mistake by scratching off the word “fried” from their kitchen board to make it look like we ordered steamed momos. That’s dishonest and very unprofessional.

Eventually, they fried the same momos—but they were just dipped in old, overused oil. The momos were soggy, oily, and definitely not crispy or tasty like proper fried momos should be. I placed one on a tissue, and it left behind a shocking amount of oil (photo attached). They were inedible.

As for the soya chaap, it was okay—nothing special. I’d rate it around 6.5/10. Not too bad, not great either.

Overall, very poor customer service, bad food quality, and zero accountability. I won’t be ordering...

I ordered wings to pickup for 10:30pm sharp. I got there 10:25pm and it was ready. I got home at about 10:32 - these wings were soggy and wet. Also I asked for HOT , it tasted only like bbq wings. Apparently I’m told the wings are done in bbq marinade (which defeats the purpose of changing up flavours if you marinaded them to be in bbq flavour to begin with ). I called and the lady told me the wings were just done and off the pan.

I made the same exact order and timing from 786 pizza and pizza pro in bramtpon their wings where worlds apart and far far far superior than this place. I don’t want ppl Disappointed on wings so don’t go to this place. I only tried it to give it a shot I should have just ordered from the places I knew but thought this place would be worth a shot since it’s so close to my house. I was wrong so at least I know for next time.

As a workaround I put it in the air fryer and it got a little less soggy but when I actually started eating it the chicken had that “gamey” smell and taste. I confirmed this because I let my wife try it without telling her and I almost knew right away her reaction. We now are left with 18 wings left that we cannot eat at all. ...

We decided to try the paneer pizza, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The flavors were well-balanced, the crust had the ideal texture, and the toppings were fresh and generous. It was clear that both the kitchen and the staff take pride in the quality of what they serve.

But what made our visit even more memorable was Gurjoven’s attentive and courteous manner. He checked in at the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a calm and friendly attitude. It’s rare to see such dedication to customer service, and it really elevated our entire dining experience.
