Wild Wing — Restaurant in Brampton

The professionalism is super lacking. I understand that it's a family business and as a child of the owner you can't really get fired (especially in the Indian community, speaking as someone who knows our people and that they would rather save a buck than hire proper staff) but that doesn't mean that you can walk around in inconsistent uniforms and have one of the staff members wear slippers...no matter how cute you think your toes are. Our server also didn't warn us that a double order does not get the half price offer on Tuesdays and when we asked we were not given an answer...just a "sorry yeah only on singles". We were not given the carrots and celery without double order and when we did ask for it, we were told at cash out time that the server got yelled at for giving it...EVEN THOUGH it says very clearly in the menu that a double gets carrots, celery, and two dipping sauces. Speaking of which we were given blue cheese after asking for two ranches.

The food was delicious and came on time but the overall lack of professionalism is a real turn off. Also we were not asked for a receipt, I even gave a tip but we were just dismissed with a simple thanks and bye.

This location needs to do a lot better. Also I noticed that the owner does not reply to the comments and ratings that do not inflate his or her own ego (guessing it's a him based in the disregard for constructive criticism)...you need to work on that. You're only functioning because of your location, otherwise people wouldn't come twice...I certainly won't.

I'm expecting an answer from the owner, if I get one, I will be one of the few if not the only rating that isn't a fake 5 star review that will...

Just left and got disgusting service from student Indian girl first she doesn’t know the menu at all I asked for recommendations on sauce and she just said “they’re sauce” that’s not even a description is it salty sweet spicy like what. Then when I don’t like my order barely sauced and it’s a nasty metallic taste she says she cant change the order or do anything then she says I have to pay for it and I decline, then she offers 20% off saying I have to pay for the food even though she takes it back, why would I pay for food I didn’t eat? I again say I’m not paying for it at this point I’m pissed off that she doesn’t know customer service and she’s complaining as she’s saying it’s my fault. She leaves once again after I request a manager and offers anything else on the menu, at this point my man has already finished half his food so I decline, she comes again and offers to fix the original issue and change the wings + flavour , if you did this from the beginning this whole issue could have been avoided yet you offer now after 45 minutes. Honestly what is wrong with you either the owner needs to check his employees or retrain them to not have attitude but this girl needs to get checked. Will never return and I don’t recommend anyone come to this location, go to the queen st one better service and they won’t give...

I went there, and before i ord e red i had to use the washroom. It smelled of urine, and there was sticky stuff all over the floor, i could feel my shoes sticking to the floor. The washroom was very dirty. I ord e red a hamburger called the bad romance, and my girlfriend ordered the smoke stack pulled pork sandwich. When we got our food, i went to take a bite of the hamburger, but it was rock hard around the edges and all dry in the middle. My girlfriend started eating her pulled pork sandwich, and the pulled pork was barely warm. The fries were also overdone. I rarely complain when it comes to food. I am not a fussy person by any means. This was the worst hamburger I have ever been served. When the server took it back and showed the cook, we were watching, and all the cook did was laugh. I didn't bother drinking my beer because if they cant clean a washroom or cook a burger, or make a pulled pork sandwich, they probably can't wash dishes either. I paid our tab and we left. They didn't charge for the hamburger. I will never go back to this wild wing. I will tell my friends to never go there. The one in Orangeville is where I usually go, and has excellent quality and service, and...
