Courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Everything done very efficiently. Cannot believe how quickly the order is processed, and hot and delicious it is when presented. Restaurant always very clean - staff are efficiently going around cleaning vacated tables, offering to take "garbage" -(wrappers, used napkins, etc., out of your way).

Excellent restaurant. Hard to find anything better. Good value for the price - but I will admit that having a food coupon can influence my decision when I am trying to decide which one to choose. I liked a chicken burger I had at another location yesterday, and while it was good, it was a couple of dollars more expensive if I did not have the A&W coupon. Giving the coupon back again is a great idea. If I did not still have it from yesterday. I may have gone to that other restaurant. I have been a customer of A&W since the 1970's when the food was brought to your car at the Drive-In by a Hostess, and Orange was on the menu as well as Jungle Juice, and Swamp water!! Still a...

I'm kind of baffled ??..I have $ and I come into a established restaurant and cause I look homeless and traveling via backpack..the waitress/ cashier and her friend were laughing at me and I caught them .... 1 I payed at your work place for my meal. 2 I was polite and respectful.. 3 if you do not like someone cause they do not fit your mold....do not laugh it made me not finish my meal as I planned to have coffee and felt as I was being judged so I left....

I overheard the management talking about harrassment just before this and people should think before they make...

Very disappointed with my visit to this A&W. Service was very slow, only 1 person on the front counter. When I asked about the charge for upgrading to onion rings for my meal the lady didn't know and the employee she asked said maybe $2 or $3. At this point I said you don't know? So just got the fries. When I finally got my order the fries were hardly warm and my mozza burger was also just warm and lacked it's usual greatness. I only eat at A&W once every 3 months or so .
