Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Brandon

I Don’t eat fried chicken often but had the craving. Was going to go to the military man but saw Mary Brown open. Had to try it. Crispy, spiced well, not unlike the other place, and meatier chicken. More tender meat. Seemed leaner too, just overall better chickens used, didn’t seem like factory farm assembly line produced bird like the other is. The breast was juicy and tender even after i kept it warm for two and a half hours until my wife got home from work (i live outside Brandon so fresh from the store wasn’t a choice) Pricing is pretty much the same as the usual place, so that’s good. Do not hesitate to try it when you’re jonesin for bird.

Apparently this is a Canadian compny. CFC! Support this place, keep it running. It would be a shame to see it go away and have only the usual old grease bucket to get a chicken fix. from. Not what I've come to expect from Mary Brown's for sure. Several things went wrong with our order. My son-in-law had sour coldslaw. Apparently all of their coldslaw had "gone bad" according to the person he spoke to. They replaced it, of course but sour coleslaw is bitter pill to swallow. Then my daughter found chicken bones in her wrap. A bit dangerous, one would not expect bones in a wrap. To top it all off, and something that is quite unacceptable, the staff discussed us in a negative way in the kitchen. Even my grandson recognized their conversation was about us and our "complaints." I've never experienced such behaviour at any other...

my wife and I Ordered off the app . While doing do specifically stated not to have certain items in the burger/meal due to allergies. Even wrote it in the comments and well of course the items weren’t taken off. I understand mistakes happen but this isn’t the first time this has happened to Us but I promise you that This is the last time I will give money to this franchise.

So with all that being said , I gotta ask.. why do You even have a comment section in your app when the employees don’t even bother to read it, or even give me the ability to add or remove topping/dressings.
